Jarrett is a born and raised NC guy knowledgeable about home construction and familiar with Raleigh area builders. He was thorough and generous with his time. He requested we meet him at the home after he completed the inspection so he could walk us through everything. A home inspection can be overwhelming and I though that time to discuss with him personally, in the home, was invaluable. Combined with a seasoned real estate agent Jarrett will be a true asset to a home buyer.

We used Jarrett for a new build. He was very thorough and found two major structural issues at our pre-drywall inspection (which I HIGHLY recommend everyone does). We had him come back to re-inspect and found items unaddressed by the builder. We also used him for our pre-close and, again, very thorough and detail-oriented. He gave us pointers for items that were found but not part of the inspection report too. I 1000% recommend JHI.
