Hired Carolina Clean Pro to clean carpets and upholstery in our home. Some of it had taken quite a beating. They showed up on time, professionally cleaned all we had bringing all back to a state we did not think possible. Their crew was professional and friendly. When finished they cleaned up to not even knowing they were there. Reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

Carolina Clean Pro was excellent. My carpets look refreshed and so clean! They were also able to get bad traffic stains out of the white area in a patterned area rug - it looks almost new! And they stretched an area that had been bothering me for several years… again, made it look like new. Michael did an amazing job on our carpets and we will absolutely recommend and use Carolina Clean Pro again. We needed our second and floor carpets cleaned for a routing cleaning. We had a few pet accidents also that he was able to help mitigate. He was professional, respectful of time and property, and just all around great to work with. What I really liked that other cleaners didn't do that he did was he sets up corner guards for any walls or stair posts that could be damaged by the hoses. We've used other cleaners before and would always have to touch up our base boards, wall corners, and stair posts. I thought that was awesome.

Great price and fantastic job on the carpet. He arrived on time and was super flexible and considerate, as I just happened to be in the middle of an online job interview when he arrived. Came in and was quiet passing my area, closed doors to keep the noise down, used guards on wall corners to keep the hoses from doing any damage. Just great service. At the end the carpets looked really great. I had them cleaned 2 years ago and there were left over stains that he managed to get out this time. I will absolutely use and recommend Carolina Clean Pro again.

I've used Carolina Clean Pro a couple of times now and will continue to be a regular customer. They've helped keep my couches and carpet looking, feeling and smelling fresh and new. They work quick and methodically and don't cut any corners like some other carpet cleaners I've had in the past. I enjoy supporting a local small business too instead of the large franchises. Our carpets were in dire need of a good deep clean. Carolina Clean Pro was referred to us by a neighbor who has been using them for a bit. I received a quote over the phone when making the appointment and I was pleasantly surprised how reasonable it was. Lots of times companies will charge you extra for things once they come to the house to do the job, not these guys. They honored the quote, showed up on time and called to let me know they were 15 out. I’m very pleased with the job they did and I will definitely call on them again if my carpets need a good cleaning.

Super Impressed with the cleaning of my sofa and loveseats. They were heavily soiled with soot from years of fireplace use- and they look and smell like new again! See the before and after pics attached. ☺️
