My carpet looked brand new after Curtis finished cleaning. He also uses a citrus based cleaner that smells great. He is such a genuinely nice person & very dependable. I've been using him for over a decade & have been satisfied every time he has cleaned my carpet & furniture. I would recommend him to anyone.

I could not believe my carpets hadn’t been switched for new ones, they were so clean!! There were spots of unknown origin (SUO’s) in every room and you would never know it now! Curtis and Jeremy were respectful and observed all safety precautions while providing absolutely top notch service. I highly recommend this company!

Heaven's Best has been cleaning our carpets for more than 20 years. Curtis is reliable, always on time and such a pleasure to work with. Their cleaning service is wonderful and leave the carpets smelling fresh and clean. They have taken care of some tough stains over the years! We wouldn't call anyone else!

We had an 'emergency' at our home, and they came right over - I mean who does that anymore!!! Their work is top notch! Highly recommend without reservation!

These guys did a great job! They arrived earlier than scheduled but that worked for me. I had a bad stain on one of my carpets and they worked diligently to get the stain out. Now I don't have to look at that ugly stain anymore. The carpets smelled fresh and clean -a very nice citrus smell and they take about 1-2 hours to dry. Heavens Best is my new go to for carpet cleaning.

I used Carolina Clean Pro to clean couple of sofas and a chair. Mike did an amazing job and stains were completely gone. I'm very happy with his service and would definitely recommend if you're looking to get your sofa cleaned.

We just had our sectional and ottoman cleaned by Mike and he did an amazing job. The couch smells and looks like new again! Mike was very professional…on time, polite and helpful with some questions I had. We will definitely be contacting Mike again when we need our conches or carpets cleaned!

Their dispatcher responded within 10 minutes of my work request. Before the service, I received a confirmation text. The day of, Michael the provider called ahead and asked to come early which was perfect. When arrived, he walked me through what he would do and how long it would take each item to dry. The overall results were fantastic. He really worked hard on a stubborn spot on the recliner and got 99% of it. Customer service, execution and efficiency were all first rate.

Matt is a consummate professional. End to end, they couldn't have been better. Arrived on time, finished on time, was meticulously clean and orderly in his workspace while also protecting my home by using corner protections for where hoses had to be run from his truck indoors.

Stains were removed and carpet was stretched to fit the room again. He did an incredible job!

I cannot recommend Carolina Clean Pro highly enough! Our 11-yr old builders grade carpet was a disaster. I was able to make an appointment quickly, communication was great, Michael showed up on time and my carpets look AMAZING! I’m a huge fan, and am so thrilled with the job they did. Wonderful!

Fantastic service! Arrived on time. After a quick in-person review of the areas for cleaning, they clearly stated the price and got to work. They brought all of their own resources (water, power, etc) and did a wonderful job cleaning rugs, carpets and upholstery. Would certainly recommend and will be using again in the future.
