First time using Stanley Steemer and Jamal was better than the best. Incredible job, super personable, knowledgeable….i couldn’t ask for more. If I had his number I’d stay in touch!

Cleaned two couches, four chairs and took a 10 by 14 oriental rug for deep cleaning!

Jamal carefully made several phone calls to verify the material since the chairs lacked tags. He was courteous, patient, and attentive to detail. I will definitely request for him to come out the next time we need a cleaning.

TAYVION was amazing. He allowed me to show him what spots needed more attention and he attacked the spots. He brought life back to my staircases and figured out where exactly the rug needed help. He was diligent at work, made sure everything was perfectly cleaned, offered benefits for sustaining my carpets and did this all with grace, patience and politeness. Brian and Charles were great! To be honest, I'm a senior on a fixed income and I purchased a used couch and small cloth recliner at Habitat for Humanity Restore Store in Apex (which is scrupulously clean and they do there own bed bug and vermin inspection, and also have great prices!), but my older sister said that I might feel better if I had them cleaned by Stanley Steamer. She uses them all of the time and said that they always do a great job at a very reasonable price. So, I did, and am so happy with the results !!! So glad that I took her advice! The furniture looks like new! And Brian suggested that the deoderization might help with any possible infestations. I am so happy that I had Stanley Steamer and Brian do the job. I feel very comfortable now with my "new to me" furniture !

Jamal was wonderful to work with. Very professional, and personable. Showed up on time with a great attitude and a willingness to tackle all the tough stains I had from pet damage and teenagers.

Brian was very professional and explain all the services offered by Stanley Steemer . He took time to answer all of our concerns. He did a thorough job and we were very pleased.

We hired Stanley Steemer to clean the carpets in our new home before moving in. The previous owner had pets and left a significant amount of dog hair behind. We specifically chose Stanley Steemer because their website emphasizes pet hair and allergen removal as part of their deep-cleaning service.

The first technician was professional and courteous, but unfortunately, the pet hair remained clearly visible after the cleaning. Stanley Steemer sent a second technician, who was personable but did not perform any additional cleaning — he simply recommended that we purchase a better vacuum. That contradicted the very reason we hired a professional service in the first place.

To their credit, customer service was responsive and professional when I called to voice my concerns. They offered to send out a third technician. However, due to our tight move-in schedule, the house could no longer remain empty long enough to accommodate another visit.

In the end, we were left to do the job ourselves with a carpet rake. While the staff were polite, the service did not match the company’s advertised capabilities. If pet hair removal is not something Stanley Steemer can reliably handle, that should be clearly stated upfront — especially for customers trying to prepare a clean home for move-in.

Alana with Stanley Steemer was amazing! She was friendly, respectful, and clearly takes pride in her work. She made the entire process easy and stress free, and my space looks and smells so much better. It’s rare to find someone who combines great work with such a positive attitude. Michael and Alex showed up on time, were professional, and explained everything they were doing for our dryer vent. There wasn’t as much lint as they were expecting so they pulled out our dryer to check it, going way above and beyond. I will definitely call Stanley Steamer the next time we need anything.

Fantastic professionalism and communication from the team. Very polite, knowledgeable and answered all questions we had before, during, and after the service. They made sure we understood everything that was to be done and why it should be done. Provided videos to go along with the explanations and recommendations too. I would HAPPILY have these guys do any service calls I need with Stanley Steemer.

Damon did an excellent job on our carpets. He was friendly, professional, and walked through each room with me before starting service. He took the time to listen to my concerns and completed the work efficiently. Two of my kids were so happy with Damon that they made him Valentine’s before he left!

As a mom of three, feeling comfortable with someone in my home is extremely important to me, and Damon’s professionalism and respectful demeanor made that easy. I truly appreciate the care he showed throughout the entire visit.

Blake did a superb job of cleaning floors at our house. We have 3 cats and I wasn't quite sure how noticeable it would be - but we are thrilled with how clean the floors are. He cleaned carpets in 3 bedrooms, a staircase, and a hallway. He also steam cleaned the grout in our bathroom and they look like they did the day the tile was installed. Highly recommended to anyone with pets or just everyday foot traffic. Stanley Steemer hires the best employees - not only was Blake knowledgeable, but you can tell he takes great pride in his work. Fast and efficient service. Was easy to schedule and reschedule when I had a schedule conflict. Sent before and after photos where tough to get out stains were removed. Also good customer service at a great price. Would definitely book again in the future.

The service specialist were great and knew their business and were skilled, polite and efficient. I’m only not sure about the cost because I’ve never had carpets cleaned before and don’t have any past comparisons to judge the cost. It was quite a small area so I would have thought it would have been a bit more reasonable but I was very happy with the results and chalk it up to everything costing more these days. They were a great team and did a wonderful job! Thank you Stanley Steamer….

Had them come out to clean a shower. I was concerned about the hard water.They told me it would be 125. When they said they finished 10 minutes later they said it should look better after it dries that if I used it be careful it will be slippery.they left and when I went to get a good look at it I could see there was still mold in the corner. Pictures are the next day after it had dried over night. I would have rather saved my money and cleaned it myself. Never again.

This has been an absolute nightmare. I hired Stanley Steemer to clean my vents, and the team they sent lied to our face about completing the job. They only cleaned 4 of the 14 vents on the downstairs level but claimed they’d finished everything except two vents they said had “too many toys” — completely absurd.
It’s clear they stopped once they realized their equipment was damaging my ducts. They hid this from us and never told us — we discovered the damage after they left.

Management was neither friendly, nor apologetic. Now corporate is refusing to issue a refund or cover repairs. I was told an insurance adjuster would contact me, but that never happened.

Bottom line: They caused damage, lied about completing work, and have not made things right. Take a look at the photos for yourself.

This was my first time using Stanley steamer, and I am so pleased with the outcome of my sectional sofa cleaning. I love that I was able to schedule the flexible appointment right away and on the weekend.
