Regional has cleaned the carpet in my office for several years. Before the first cleaning I really thought the carpet was worn out and needed to be replaced. The Regional team did an amazing job and has given new life to our old carpet, helping it last several more years. I highly recommend them for your business or home!

I had Rich and crew clean our upstairs carpet and steps. I knew they would look clean when they left. But we've had companies clean the carpets before and they always looked good. Then a week later some of the old stains would start wicking back to the surface. So I held off on writing this review until after a little time had passed. I am happy to say without a doubt this was the best job anyone has ever done for us. Not only did the carpets come clean, the old stains that traditionally reappeared have not and the carpets were not saturated with water while they were being cleaned. It was a top notch experience and I highly recommend Regional Carpet Care to anyone. My wife and I are blown away. Thank you guys!!

Regional carpet care did a great job for me. Rich Reagan and Jeremy helped me take care of a problem with my living room carpet, which was wrinkling and buckling in multiple areas. Jeremy was very detailed and did a fantastic job fixing the problem, then cleaned the carpet to perfection! Definitely give them a call if you need carpet repairs and cleaning!

Again, Regional Carpet Care came out to do another re-stretch in the master bedroom. Shaun and Scarlett were awesome!! So happy I found this great company!!

Rich's team did an excellent job on our home. It had been a few years since we had it done and there were stains that I did not expect to get out completely. We were amazed! The carpets were dry within an hour, no chemical smell and the cost was very reasonable. Can't recommend Regional enough.

Fantastic!! Arrived on time & kept me updated on the status and how long it would take for them to finish. Extremely professional, down to putting bumpers around my corners so their hoses didn't scratch my walls and wiping down my foyer before they left to ensure the floors were bone dry. They use an extractor for pet stains so you know they are really sucking it all out, not just masking it.

These guys are great! Cleaned carpet and also tile in shower. They sent appointment confirmations and reminders, gave accurate price quotes, etc. At a time when you cannot get anyone to do a decent job these folks stand out above the crowd! I highly recommend them!

Every positive review they have is deserved! They are communicative, prompt, and accommodating. The difference in the carpet was stunning. Obvious tenant neglect was erased almost magically. The photo I added shows a small section they cleaned, and the contrast of the filthy carpet they then finished cleaning. Amazing!

All, just wanted to share my experience with Rich and the team at Regional Carpet Care. I’ve had a persistent pet odor problem for months and Rich and his team have been exceptionally supportive in trying to help us manage through the issue. I highly recommend them! Their customer support is incredible!!

I got my couch cleaned and am so happy with the service. I accidentally scheduled the service on a day when I was unavailable & they were so accommodating and able to reschedule easily. The tech was extremely knowledgeable, arrived on time, and did a fantastic job. I will be using this company again in the near future to clean my carpets.

Rich and his team did an amazing job cleaning our carpets and sofa. The team was courteous, professional and restored both the carpets and sofa to like new condition as well as providing between cleanings care instructions. We highly recommend Regional Carpet Care and will be a repeat customer.

This company had some ups and downs when I used them, but ultimately it came from a miscommunication that lead to some unfortunate issues with a rental move-out. I will say I originally posted a poor review, but the owner reached out personally to make things right. He contacted them rental company and did everything he could to make sure I was getting the value I paid for and went above and beyond to prove his company is what they said they were. I wish more companies took the pride in what they do to their standards that he made sure I knew they did. For what its worth even after the original cleaning the carpets did look great and I had no complaints, it was just the rental company that had issues apparently that warranted a re-clean. I would say if you have a bad experience with them, reach out and see what they say. I probably should have done that before writing my original review because it was definitely not the company I thought.

Very bad experience. We got them before we moved out from a rental house. Immediately after the inspection we were told it needed to be cleaned again. Was the equivalent of setting $250 on fire and effectively cost us $500 in a deposit. They were kind enough to call us and inform us that the rental company contacted them to clean again, so they get double the profits from this.... Very frustrating.

Update: Very shortly after posting this the owner of the company reached out and is taking this very seriously and seemingly doing everything in his power to make this right. I will provide a final update when this is fully resolved, but looks optimistic.

We love referring Rich and the Regional team to all our clients. Their services, pricing and professionalism are the best! We really love their quick-dry cleaning for our clients getting ready to list their homes. We personally use Regional Carpet Care in our home to extend the life of our carpet as we have a large family and lots of pets. Highly recommend!

Rich's crew arrived a few minutes early for my appointment and got right to work. Their attention to detail was amazing and my carpets look brand new. I had several difficult pet stains that I did not think would come up and now I can't even remember where they were because they were able to remove them. Price was reasonable for the amount of carpet I have. I would not hesitate to recommend Regional Carpet Care for carpet cleaning. I'm one happy customer!

Shaun and Vanesss werr awesome! He explained the process and my carpets were cleaned to prefection. They were professional, ahead of my scheduled appointment, which i loved and was very knowledgeable. This company was outstanding and i will be calling them again! Kuddos!!
