Great communication on their ETA. Our carpets and couch came out looking brand new and we had some pet stains. I love the fact that they put down protective equipment on the corners in the house to make sure that the hose didn’t drag over them and damage anything! I would only use carpet pro cleaners in the future.

They communicated well before arrival and Wesley and Keegan did a great job on my carpets. They got out a stain that I worried would not come out. They also trimmed some spots my cat had pulled and made the carpet look brand new again. The carpets smelled really fresh too. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing this service.
