I needed my carpets cleaned for move out on a rental. They were the first company to call me from Angie’s List, cane out the next morning, did a wonderful job, and were exceptionally easy to work with. I strongly recommend them.

They did a beautiful job with my new home. I recently moved into a house where the previous tenants left the carpet smelling like a wet dog. I called Encore and they quickly set me up with an appointment the next day. We moved in 3 days after Encore cleaned my carpets and the house smelled beautiful! Terrible company! They dont pay their employees fairly. The owner is very rude to customers and employees. Also, they hire convicts straight out of prison and into your home.

Go elsewhere the owner Mike Ireland is very unprofessional. Let me first say that the technician that arrived at my home was friendly and professional, the person who answered the phone was also polite, however, that is where my compliments end. The contract states that you have 3 days in which to notify them if there is a problem. Upon the carpet drying I noticed that some of the stains had returned. I received a call from the owner who was irate, threw the phone down yelling that all I wanted was for them to return....yep! I will never use this company again not because their work was subpar because we all know that sometimes the stains might return upon drying, I will never use or recommend this company because of the actions of the owner Mike who acted like a juvenile yelling and screaming at his client who never even raised their voice.
