After reading excellent reviews, I contacted Carpet Pro last week and they came today. Aiden and River certainly lived up to those reviews. Aiden spent time with me evaluating several of my area rugs. I appreciated his expertise and especially his advice not to steam clean two of the rugs, due to their fragility. They tested another handmade rug and determined that it could be cleaned using a different brush and lower water temperature. They also did a great job cleaning my upholstered sofa and chairs.

I know I spent more than I have in the past, but their skill and competence were absolutely worth it. The people in the office were friendly and thorough; the communication before the job was very good, the technicians were right on time, polite, and skilled. I recommend them highly. Very professional all around.

From the initial reservation to the first call discussing the work area and setup, to the heads up of the team on the way to my condo, to starting and finishing the tile and carpet cleaning. Zach was excellent at communicating and ensuring all of my needs were taken care of. Zach ensured that he and his team took every precaution to safely work and cover carpets, railings, and befriend my dog. Zach makes it his mission to provide the utmost quality preparation, cleaning, and follow up with excellent communication.

Aiden and Sterling from Carpet Pro Cleanings did incredible work on a recent home carpet cleaning project. I had pretty low expectations because a few pet stains were set in despite treatment. But these guys communicated ahead of time, got right to work, and surprised me by how well the carpets turned out. They works fast and were very friendly and professional. Those sensitive to scents should be aware, the
smell was strong at first but dissipated quickly. Overall the price was fair too. Highly recommend this group!

I hired Carpet pro cleaners to clean five rugs, and when they arrived we realized there wasn’t enough space to lay them all out. Instead of being frustrated, the team was patient, very kind, and came up with creative ways to make it work.
