Servicemen were very professional came in and explained everything before they started did a follow up walk-through at the completion of the job. The job was fast and quick. Everything went very smooth.

I received carpet cleaning service from Stanley Steemer for the first time ever and it was the BEST!! Jamal was very kind and helpful. He made sure that he explained and answered any questions that I had about the service I received on today. I will definitely contact Stanley Steemer again for any services I may need.

The service was fine, but the technician did tried to scam us by telling that there is mold which is growing fast and that we need UV lights immediately that cost around 800$. I understand that there might be mold, but proper knowledge of what kind mold and where the source for moisture is needed to analyze these things. Thankfully we had asked our second opinion and didn't fall for scam. Service as stand alone is not bad, missed few vents but that overall its okay.

Vincent was open and customer service focused. He gave me options and pluses /minuses with those options. After I made my decision, he quickly and thoroughly executed my choice. Excellent job, excellent price and GREAT technician.

The guys arrived on time this morning & worked straight through until done (about 5 hours). They were professional but down to earth also. Our dogs followed them around & they would rub & pet them as if it was part of their job. They did an excellent job & explained everything along the way. Highly recommend this service & this crew!

Very disappointing experience with Stanley Steemer. The pricing discussed beforehand did not match what was presented once they arrived on-site. The final cost was significantly higher than expected.

Additionally, the technician’s manager was unprofessional and rude when addressing concerns. Basic customer service and communication were lacking.

I felt my time was wasted, and the experience did not inspire confidence or trust. I would not recommend them based on this experience. Please confirm final pricing clearly in writing before booking.

We had our dryer vent cleaned. Service was great! It was quick and left us with peace of mind that this has been cleaned out. We live in a house where the laundry room is on the second floor so it would not have been an easy undertaking to do on our own. Would highly recommend Stanly for this service.

Very professional and detailed men that knew what they were doing and I was AMAZED at the horrible stuff that came out of my HVAC system. My home is newly renovated and they protected the floors, corner baseboards and more. I was VERY IMPRESSED with Stanley Steamer and will use them again!!!!!!!

I call February 20th about my dog got spayed by a skunk and ran into the house. The smell was unbelievable and Stanley Steemer was at my house by 2:00 pm the same day. Vincent was on the job and after he had clean my carpet, my kitchen floor and odorized my house the skunk smell was gone. He knew what to do and went the second mile. My carpet was clean and I was a happy camper again. If you ever have a pet that gets sprayed by a skunk you know who to call Stanley Steemer-super job!!!!

Overall our carpets look better and it saved me a lot of time from using my BISSELL carpet cleaner but I don’t think it was worth $300. The guy was really nice and recommended the deodorizer because my dogs have peed on the carpet in a few places (I cleaned already with my cleaner) and it didn’t smell before the clean but definitely smelled after the clean. I was hoping this would get up some stains in my carpet I couldn’t get up myself but that wasn’t the case. I also thought this was going to be a thorough service but it was pretty quick. I was not blown away like another company from where I used to live. I will not use Stanley Steemer again, catchy commercial song, not catchy results.

Horrendous job cleaning my HVAC ducts, DO NOT TRUST Stanley Steemer!! They damaged my ceiling repeatedly around the vents they had to remove (see photos), bent one of the grates, punctured a hole in the wall, left trash in my driveway, and despite being assured during the estimate process there would be no dirt or debris left behind because they would vacuum once the job was done, every room had debris everywhere. What was possibly most insulting was at the end, the tech came to me, said the work was done and happily took my money with ZERO acknowledgement that he had damaged the ceiling repeatedly and left dirty hand marks all over the ceiling in every room. So now Stanley Steemer has my $600 and I am left figuring out how to repair everything and what damage they caused to my HVAC system. And to add insult to injury, as soon as I noticed the damage I called to file a complaint and the guy on the phone had the balls to say "despite the damage, did they do a good job otherwise?" What a joke.
