10/10 experience with Greeenwood Tree Services! Israel came out and gave me a quote for the trees I wanted removed (several pine trees, a mimosa tree, Holly tree). He was one of the few companies who actually responded to me when I put in an inquiry on their website. When he evaluated the trees I wanted to taken down, he was honest about realistically could get taken down since I have a slopped backyard, which I appreciated. His team was excellent. They completed a large job in just 2 days and made sure my backyard was left exactly as they found it. His team was efficient, communicative, courteous, and most of all safely handled removing very large, mature pine trees. I'm really happy I went with Israel's company, and plan to refer my friends/family to Greenwood. I will be using them in the future.

Israel and his team at Greenwood Tree Services did an outstanding job removing a large dead oak tree that was very close to our house. They handled the job with great skill, care, and professionalism, making sure everything was done safely and without any damage to our property. Israel communicated clearly throughout the process, and his crew worked efficiently and left the yard clean when they finished. I was left with one big mess! that I had to clean up. Took me 2 long days by myself.

I have reached out for service, and they have promised to do service for me for weeks now. Promised to come over and grind a large stump, Givin me a Quote and changed prices twice. The guy say he was very sorry, promised to give me a call, knowing I was in desperate need of this stump removed in a timely manner. All they do is leave you hanging, no communication. I would not go through with this survey, but this has gotten bad. He promised to me, this isn't the way they run there company.....what a joke!!! Still no response, and I texted them today. Disgusted!!!

Awesome! Just awesome.
We had a huge Bradford pear that was split and ready to come down with the next storm. They came promptly and delicately cut the tree away from the powerlines, got the tree down exactly where they wanted it. They had laid down plywood on our grass so as not too damage it, put the whole tree in a shredder and did stump grinding all within one hour.
Cleaned up beautifully.

Carlos is very friendly and responsive. Due to rain he had to delay, but let us know and then rescheduled. Did 2 large trees in half a day. Cleaned everything up and managed to completely miss the septic tank. Would recommend, and plan to use again.

I don't recommend these guys for any service, I used them before and all they did is left the work half way done and I gave them their money because I trusted them without checking the work behind them but my trust wasn't in the spot and when I called the owner he said I will come back after 5 weeks and I am taking care of other customers. As soon as they get their money they don't worry about anything else . SO TO STATE AWAY FROM HEADACHE AND BACK AND FORTH JUST FIND A DIFFERENT COMPANY ... IF THERE IS BELOW A 1 START I WOULD DEFINTLY GIVE THEM .

I don't usually post reviews but I'd like to see this business succeed. Hurricane Matthew came through and took out a few trees on our property. We struggled to find anyone that could come out quickly to handle those and a bunch of other trees. Carlos is one of the few that answered the phone. He gave us a fair price, showed up quickly and on time, finished 15 trees in two days, and did great work. He worked hard to keep our yard cleaned up and protect the grass. English is obviously a second language, but he speaks it well and was generally a pleasure to work with. I wouldn't have any reason not to recommend him. Give him a call.

This is the very best Service Provider I have ever had. They are on time, courteous and fair price; very honest and sincere about doing what needs to be done. I will hire them any time I may needs any of their services. The owner gets satisfaction from accomplishing the service the customer needs at the best price and thorough results. I recommend 100% that Soto Tree Service will give the customer excellent results with any of the services it provides.

Carlos responded quickly in giving an estimate to drop a large twin oak and a dead tree on our property. His quote was reasonable. He and his helper showed up the day after I accepted his bid. They topped, then dropped the oak and dropped the dead tree in a narrow space. They worked efficiently and they were careful of other trees, landscape features, and fences in our yard. I recommend Soto Tree Service.

Excellent service and knowledgeable about trees that are endangering the house. We had 6 trees that we were lucky did not reshape our house during the hurricane. The crew worked fast, safe and worked hard to respect the customers property. Customer satisfaction are very high on this company's list of ensuring a job is well done and everyone is satisfied. I would higher the first if there is any need that arises in the future.
