This company has to be one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. I just purchased a home where this company installed the HVAC a few months prior I personally do HVAC for a living and come to find that the system they installed is too small for the home and doesn’t heat right, I spoke with the owner and he admitted to not doing a load calculation before installing the system which is illegal in NC and that he just swapped the system out. He will not take responsibility for his mistake and fix it instead he tried to tell me that my attic insulation is the reason my system doesn’t heat right. If you ever need HVAC done I would stay far away from this company.
