I had a hot water heater issue that developed on Saturday. I called what I thought was a larger reputable company on Saturday. As of Monday morning at 0945 I was STILL trying to get the larger, and obviously unreliable company to my house. I called Carolina Plumbing and Repair on Monday morning at 0945. Within 40 minutes, Tim was at my house. An hour and a half later the repair was complete and Tim was leaving. I don't usually leave reviews like this, but after the issues I had with the other company and the GREAT response I had from Carolina Plumbing and Repair I thought--why the hell shouldn't I let other people know how GREAT this company treated me? I guess I should also leave a review for that other company that ended up being bad. I will do that eventually, I won't say who they are here but their initials are ARS. Time gave me an estimate of the repair cost within 10 minutes of arriving and the repair was right at that estimated cost. If you are looking for a plumber in the Garner/Raleigh/Cary area--in my opinion--you CANNOT go wrong with Carolina Plumbing and Repair. Go ahead, give em' a call. You won't regret it!!!

Your man Chad arrived on time, assessed the problem with my clogged drain and went to work immediately. In less than 30 minutes the drain was running well. Carolina Plumbing is the best.

They were timely and reliable, and their cost was very pleasingly within budget for the work that was performed. Most recently I had an emergency repair, and they were my first call. They showed up asap, and the repair got me back up and running, and they did not soak me on the bill. I hired Carolina Plumbing to relocate and cap off plumbing lines so I could move the laundry room and 1/2 bathroom in my house. They were professional, helpful, and incredibly thorough with their work. They were quick to respond to my questions and scheduling before they arrived. The plumbers showed up timely and didn't leave until the whole job was done. Considering how much work was involved, they worked hard to finish that job! Their work was exceptional and they even made sure that the new lines were perfectly aligned with my new vanity. That's a detail they didn't have to do, but it saves me a lot of time and hassle in the long run.

I have other bathroom renovations and plumbing needs in the future and will only hire Carolina Plumbing. It's a huge relief to know that they will show up when they're supposed to, don't add hidden fees, and will do an exceptional job. I can't recommend them enough!

My shower developed a sore throat and couldn't cough up hot water due to a faulty valve on an old pipe. I placed a 911 call to Carolina Plumbing & Repair. They swiftly dispatched an orthopaedic "surgeon" who did a joint replacement which returned my shower to its former glory days. I am retired and on low income. Carolina Plumbing & Repair worked patiently with me while I gradually paid off the unexpected "surgery". I'm glad to know that if we have any plumbing issues their's someone to call for an expert. For example our well pump went bad and the guys came out and replaced the pump . I had a leak at the well that my neighbor saw in the evening. We had to shut off the water. Andy, who has helped us with our past plumbing needs, came first thing in the morning. We had an issue with our kitchen sink leaking at work. Carolina Plumbing came out the same day; fixed the problem and also made adjustments so we don't encounter this issue again all for a great price. The tech was professional and friendly. We will definitely be reaching out again if needed.

carolina Plumbing was able to come out the next day after I called them to Hydrojet the sewer lines in my front yard. It only took about 45 min and solved the toilet/ bathtub clogs we were having. Andy and his assistant knew what they were doing. Price was much more reasonable than another company I had tried.

Discovered Water Heater leaking late afternoon - called Carolina Plbg. on recommendation of friend - phone answered immediately - scheduled tech to inspect next morning - tech arrived 0830 - inspected and advised - install crew arrived within 2 hours with new WH - replaced old plumbing and brought up to code - installed new WH - job completed very satisfactorily by mid-afternoon. From first phone call to job completion, everything was extremely satisfactory and I highly recommend Carolina Plumbing for any plumbing issues.
