Sola plumbing is a life saver! Tyler came out and fixed a leak that the first plumber I had look at at it say the entire bathroom had to be gutted before he would be able to find and fix the leak. Definitely five stars! I will definitely use Sola again and I will tell all of my friends and family to use them too.

We were extremely impressed with Eric's professionalism, knowledge and just down right good guy. It is such a joy to have a stranger enter your home to perform a service and they end up being a person like Eric. Thanks again for the excellent work.....

When it comes to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and roofing most consumers are at the merci of the industry. I was charged $550 to have my pressure regulator replaced. Initially they wanted to charge me $650. I told them the job would probably take under an hour, and the parts were less than $100. I was very sick at the time, if not I would have done it myself, but did get them to lower their price to $550. This was a $350-$400 job at best. How greedy are you that you need to take advantage of people in need? How much money must you make? The technician was gone in under an hour.

Eric was honest and customer-focused. The water heater replacement wasn’t cheap, but it was in line with others. He even did a super quick repair to a drain for me at no additional cost. It’s hard to find trustworthy folks, but I felt 100% at peace working with Sola. Will call them again (but hopefully not too soon!) :-)

I read the positive reviews of Sola and took a chance to get a leaking kitchen faucet repaired or replaced. The guys were very knowledgeable and very personable. They replaced the faucet with an up to date model that I’m excited to start using. I’m so pleased with their work and will definitely call them again!

Had a great experience with these guys. Got a same-day plumbing repair, and Eric was awesome—he explained the price and the fix before even starting. Really liked the text alerts so I knew exactly when he’d arrive. Definitely calling them again!

Eric was able to come fix our plumbing issue so quickly! We called on a Monday night and he was at our house before 11am the next day! He was kind and courteous. The issue was fixed quickly and the price was reasonable. I would recommend Sola Plumbing and we will call Eric next time we need a plumber (hopefully not for a long time!) 😁

Eric from Sola Plumbing is the absolute gold standard for service. I contacted Sola Plumbing with an urgent issue (no hot water), and he was out at my place the same day. Rather than rushing through the job, Eric took the time to go through all the options with a level of genuine honesty and fairness that is rare to find. After we agreed on the best path forward, he was back the very next day to complete the installation. His work is clean, professional, and efficient. If you want someone who is reliable, fair-priced, and incredibly fast, Eric is your guy. I can't recommend Sola Plumbing enough!

We needed to completely replace all the aging PB pipes in our house, as well as replace one of our bathtubs which was leaking. Sola had previously done our water heater replacement last year, and so we were confident they were a trustworthy and skilled company with the expertise to handle this job too.

In addition, we also had been looking into a whole-house water filter as well, and had researched many options. Eric from Sola recommended the Halo 5 system, and we agreed it was the best option to suit our needs as the primary goal was removing the high amounts of chlorine in our water supply. We also got a smart water main shutoff device as well.

During the job, they found that a second bathtub in our master bath was leaking as well, and would also need replacement (being a 30-yr-old home, it made sense). Sola presented us with a few options to choose from, and we decided on a dual-valve standing shower conversion, which looks gorgeous and was very affordable.

All in all, the work took a few days (including the drywall repair, which they handled as well through a contractor), and the end result is absolutely amazing! They used lots of drop cloths to guard against dirt and scrapes, and cleaned up after themselves in full after they were all done. Our house is now completely repiped with all new pipes, has clean and chlorine-free filtered water coming out of every fixture, and two completely revamped bathrooms. Several fixtures were upgraded as well. We love how it all turned out.

As a side bonus, at the end of the job, Eric recommended I check with my insurance company to see if they had any discounts for getting rid of the old PB pipes. It turns out they did (we have Universal Property & Casualty), and so we ended up getting a 5% reduction in our home insurance after we provided them with proof of all the work done!

We absolutely recommend Sola Plumbing to anyone looking for high-quality, no-corners-cut, premium plumbing work. This was a HUGE job, and they delivered. We are very happy with how it turned out..

I was not happy with the quality of the water in Johnston County and I decided to get a whole house water treatment system with an under the counter reverse osmosis system. After getting quotes from different companies, I went with Sola Plumbing.

The owner Eric; came out himself for the estimate (no pushy salesman). He spent an hour testing our water, walking us through the options, and explaining exactly why we needed (and didn’t need) certain components. I decided on the Aquasana Rhino system.

The install crew (Eric and his son) showed up on time, and worked like they were in their own home. Install took approx. 4hrs. There was zero mess left behind.

The results were I no longer have water that has the sulfur rotten-egg smell and it tastes much better. If you’re in the market for a whole-house water treatment system, do yourself a favor and call Sola Plumbing first. Honest pricing, expert advice, flawless installation, and zero headaches. These guys restored my faith in contractors.

Eric from Sola plumbing was very professional and offered a quick solution to our outdoor hose spigot leaking. He explained in simple terms why all of the services were needed, and gave me options to choose from. He was kind and generous with his time.

When we needed a quick inspection to previous work, he arrived within 1 day and charged us NOTHING! We will call Sola again the next time we need plumbing work. It can be hard to find a plumber you can trust, I trust Eric and his team!

This is our second time utilizing Sola Plumbing and it's been a 5 star experience both times. About a year ago was our first service and we needed our garbage disposal replaced. They were prompt, very professional and got us an excellent replacement that's worked great for us.
Recently, we discovered our dishwasher was leaking and we called for help with that and Tyler was our technician this time and he came out and discussed options for repair or replacement. We decided to go ahead and replace the dishwasher and he found us an excellent deal on a much nicer Kitchenaid model. We also had Tyler replace our old toilets which were not flushing well with higher end Kohler models and they work perfectly now. He discovered that the construction company had improperly installed our original toilets and corrected the mistake. He was prompt and professional and completed the entire job in one day and he worked to get a good price for us. We appreciate his hard work very much and will continue to use Sola Plumbing for any future needs!

Oh My Gosh! These guys have gone above and beyond the call of duty! Ordered a new sink as a gift for my son from the Lowes in Clayton. My son had surgery on his right arm and couldn't pick up the sink. I called CP&R to see if they could pick it up and do the installation They picked up the sink, took it to my son's house to install. The sink was broken, CP&R returned it to Lowes for us. When the new sink came in, CP&R went again to pick up the sink, again the sink was broken. Third try, CP&R went, again, to Lowes, checked the new sink - all was well. Installing the sink was the easy part! I appreciate Paul dealing with all the stuff at Lowes for us and not telling me to find a new guy to finish the job. Really appreciated all their help!

The technician Andy made me very uncomfortable to the point i almost pulled my gun. In addition he was not prepared with tools or a proper tape measure. He pulled a wooden ruler out to measure my sink and took 30 min to do so.
I won’t be using them for this project.

I was trying to find someone to fix my problem and I found this company from the website. I am unsatisfied with the service.
(1) The appointment was from 11am to 1pm (technician (Andy) will come any time around this time range). But he does not show up until almost 3pm. We were waiting him and can not go anywhere (we got plans)
(2) He worked like 30min with his simple tools but it didn't work well and he gave up. So, the problem remains unsolved and he is charging us 100 usd for not even fixing the issue and told us it will be 400 usd if its fixed. I do not really understand how things work here since there is an hour rate and 400 usd if fixed within 30min? Also, what if second time someone else come from the company and still can't fix it and will we get charged for another 100 or 200 usd again as diagnostic fee?. I was asking the technician and decided to ask the company how things work and at this time I didn't say I won't pay him. But he lost patience and just left while I was calling the company and he told my wife "I will never see you again".
(3) After he left, my wife called this company asked how things should work and asked if we can talk face to face since talk through the phone can cause some misunderstands. But they denied it and their attitude was awful. Their voice sounds being annoyed by our questions and I have to speak for my wife because my wife is not capable of handling their attitude.

All in all, I understand there might be some misunderstands here like some company simply sent people to your place and charge you hourly without any pre-inspection just for giving quicker service. But what I can not really withstand is the technician's bad attitude, not being on time and also the people in the phone sound so annoyed.

Follow up: They said send someone come my home to do a free estimate today around 1pm to 5pm but no one shows up at all.

As part of my job I have a need to hire plumbers every week. They are my go to plumbing company. They are always willing to help out in a bind or an emergency. They are my first call every time. I have yet to come across a problem they could not handle. Knowledge, prompt, great attention to detail, clean, polite and priced right. Highly recommend

Working with this company was a complete disaster for the beginning! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Appointment time was for "first thing in the morning". Technicians showed up at 11:30am. Our project was NOT done "with precision and professionalism" as stated on their website. As you can see from the finish project photo, the water regulator handle sticks out over 1 1/2" from the face plate and they failed to put a thread end on the water spigot pipe.
