Ronald came out to test my hot water heater after I failed to drain it properly. He reset everything and tried to salvage what we could but unfortunately it needed to be rebuilt. Ronald replaced the elements and the thermostat within the unit and everything worked well! Amazing communication, VERY timely response, fair priced. Great guy, would 10/10 deal with again and recommend.

I had a sudden flooding issue in my bathroom, and this plumber was incredibly prompt in responding to my call. He came out during the weekend for what was clearly an emergency, and to my surprise, didn’t even charge extra for the weekend visit. He thoroughly investigated the source of the flooding and resolved the issue with great professionalism and efficiency.

His work was top-notch, and his calm, reassuring attitude during a stressful situation really stood out. A true professional and someone I would highly recommend for any plumbing work. Thank you again for the excellent service!

I unfortunately had a pipe leaking in the crawlspace. I called Certified Plumbing and left a voicemail. I noticed my water heater leaking from the side panel late Friday night. I called Certified Plumbing on Saturday morning explaining that I would likely need a new water heater because of the location of the leak. They gave me a good price quote, especially for a weekend emergency call. They had a technician out in about three hours. He noticed that there was signs of burning on the electrical from the leak. Ronald got to work right away and got it done in a few hours with no issues. It has been a few days now and everything is working fine and there are no leaks. There also was no surprise fees, the price was same as quoted. I will be using them again for any plumbing needs.

We had an emergency plumbing situation where the water valve was leaking, quickly filling up a bucket behind the toilet. Certified Plumbing arrived in a timely manner in the evening and efficiently resolved the problem. The pricing was reasonable. We will consider calling them again for future plumbing needs.

Awesome job by Ronald. He was recommended by our neighbor. Price was reasonable and the new look enhances the kitchen. The clean up was superb! We will be calling CP for our next plumbing project.

Main water valve stem broke. Water dripping on to wall and carpet. Called and they were out within in less than hour. Came in and knocked it out. Cleaned up after the work was done. I even requested more work from them because of their great work and professionalism. Got my invoice and shook hands. 10/10 would recommend.

Certified Plumbing was very helpful in replacing a water valve for a refrigerator hookup. They were very prompt, and able to come the morning after I called. Pricing was extremely reasonable, and they were incredibly courteous. The work was efficient and tidy. Their card is going on the new fridge, and we will definitely use them should the need for future plumbing work arise.
