I had an issue with my irrigation that maybe a more experienced homeowner could have figured out. As a new home owner I was unfamiliar and inexperienced. I called Tony and he literally walked me through the problem step by step at no charge. In the world we live in someone else could have easily taken advantage of me and the situation. I appreciate that there are small business owners still out there like Tony who are willing to truly help you. As a result, I’ve gained more experience and knowledge and Tony has gained a new customer. Thank you Tony, any future plumbing issues I have you will be the first person I call!

We got our hot water heater replaced, and also they repaired a squealing noise coming from our shower head. Tony was very quick responding, and his tech's were great. Such an easy company to work with. Highly recommend them.

When I called Tony's number, I left a message. When I check my phone later, I saw 3 missed calls from Tony. We talked and he was prepared to come out the next morning. Once he arrived, we discussed my options related to the water heater and set a plan of action. When I get the work done, I plan to have Tony do the work. I trust him to do the work. I got in touch with his company, because I didn't feel like I could trust the first company that came out.

I called today to ask about replacing my water heater, Tony called me right back and after discussing the problem and sending him 2 pics he gave me a fair price and sent out 2 of his crew to replace it. 4 hours later I had a new pump!! Would highly recommend in the area!

Great service and friendly. Wanted to get opinions on the issues with my rental property, this was the third plumber we had come out to estimate the work. Quickly responded with what needed to be done and cost. When I asked about some issues another plumber brought up, they STAYED ON THE LINE with me as they discussed and checked all of the plumbing at the house.

I’d never spoken with Tony before, but he was kind enough to offer advice over the phone when I was dealing with a leak. I was unable to fix it on my own so I knew I’d call him back to give him the business. He wasn’t available for a couple days, which was fine. Turns out, the day before he came out I had another issue arise so they were able to fix that as well. Reliable folks! I’d definitely recommend them!

A+++++++ These guys were wonderful! Our well went out overnight somehow - a "chain plumbing service" responded and analyzed the issue and gave us a quote - we did our due diligence and called around. The owner of TS Facetimed me so I could show him exactly what we were dealing with - gave me a rough quote over the phone, and sent his guys out here within the hour. They actually were able to save us a lot of money as the initial quote for repair from the other "Chain Company" was wrong! These guys were also willing to add on another side-project at the last minute and fixed up our renovated shower. They were polite, clean, responsive, and a reasonable price! We will be saving their information and recommending them to everyone who needs a good plumber!

I just want to take a minute to say what a great company this is. From the first phone call to Tony Smith's it was apparent that he was genuinely concerned about my problem and wasted no time in checking it out for me. He and his crew had to plow in a new line from the meter base to the house and did an outstanding job. The yard was left nice and neat. When the renter at this property failed to properly insulate the new line after installation and it froze and burst, I called Tony and he went someone right out and repaired it at no charge! The initial replacing of the line was already done at a very affordable price and to do this repair for no additional charge was awesome. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs. They are dependable, courteous, and stand behind their work.

This week we called Tony, they were already on another job but he assured me they would be available within 2 hours. True to his word, within 2 hours he called me back to let me know they were on the way.
The two gentlemen that came to our home were very nice and knew what they were doing! Tony called
me while they were here, just to make sure I understood everything and to see if I had any questions for him. The next day, Tony followed up just to make sure everything was done to our satisfication.

They came out on a Sunday to replace our water heater. I take care of my Dad do not having it was not an option. Everyone was so nice and Mr. Smith stayed in contact as to when they would be here and made sure it was working right afterwards. I recommend Tony Smith and his crew and I will use them again! Our sump pump on the well just died after 25 years of faithful pumping. T. Smith sent out his people and they found a crazy set up the original owners had installed. They installed a new pump but the water didn't pump so they tried to instruct is over the phone how to fix it. I finally said this isn't something in our wheelhouse of skills and, at 7pm on a Friday night, the most polite and diligent worker named DJ came out and spent several hours in the dark in our woodsy backyard fixing our problem. If I have ANY problems in the future that T. Smith can address, I will be calling in them. Highly recommend.

Had so many plumbers to come out and they could never figure out what our issues was had a major back up and sure didn't mind charging us a chunk of money... Found Tony Smiths company and called them out and within no time he found our issue and got his guys on it right away. His prices are great and they stand behind they're work. We had a great experience with T Smith Plumbing. Our situation was that we bought a house and unfortunately wound up being left with plumbing problems that were supposed to have been fixed. Cannot speak any more highly about this company. We choose Mr. Smith and his crew to replace our water line to our home because of the already great google reviews. After speaking with him on the phone I new we wanted him for the job. Cheapest price out of the 3 estimates we received, but don't let that fool you! Mr. Smith is extremely knowledgeable, and wants to do the job right so the next time you may have to call him it won't be for the reason you called him in the first place. His crew was extremely polite and respectful and work hard to get the job done quickly but to the highest standard. If you need a reliable plumber at a reasonable cost and quality work then look no further!

Tony was great to work with. He took my call after hours and had two installers at my home the following morning first thing. The installers were very professional and did a quality job. Will definitely be using Tony on all of my plumbing needs in the future.

T Smith was a great experience to deal with. I called plumber after plumber and no one would call me back. But Tony called me back within 15 mins and gave me a fair price. I needed a well pump replaced. Tony’s company was highly recommended by some friends. It was well deserved. I was called back promptly after leaving a message. I had running water later that same afternoon. Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly and explained in detail what needed to be done. The price was very reasonable and the job well done.
