My wife and I had 3 separate problems on a Sunday evening. After just having a baby, we needed it fixed quickly and correctly and Reyes did both and more. The customer service we received as well a Reyes’ kindness was absolutely the best. Thank you Reyes for your kindness and phenomenal work!

Ruan from Roto-Rooter showed up at 6:30 on a Wednesday night and stayed for 2 and a half hours to make sure our main sewer drain line was cleared. He explained the entire process and took his time to walk me through my options. The very next day, first thing in the morning Lee was at the house to drop a camera in the line and mark exactly where the roots were so we could get them fixed. I was hesitant to use Roto-Rooter because they are a large national brand and I worry about being taken advantage of but I was wrong. We had our line snaked one time before and the smaller/local company only went to the first section where roots were and stopped there telling me the problem was fixed…unfortunately the problem was much worse farther down the line but we never knew until everything backed up again. The smaller company charged me more than twice what Roto-Rooter did and they only did 1/2 the work! Roto-Rooter then worked with the city to get them out to show them the bigger issue was actually part of the city line so they are fixing that for free! So…they did a more thorough job, for less money and helped me get the city to fix the major issue at no cost to me. I’d recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone who is having plumbing issues…fair, honest and fast…top notch!

Woke up to a busted shower. Long story short I called Rotor Rooter and scheduled an appointment. They called me back to say that they could send someone earlier than my selected time, which of course worked for me because who can afford money literally going down the drain. Not an hour later Ruan arrived. He quickly assessed the problem and laid out my options. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and fast. My shower is now fixed and I’m happy with both the price paid and the professional service received. I would definitely recommend Ruan and will ask for him again, if a situation arises. FMcNeill

My 5 star rating is only because of the technician Van. He was so extremely helpful, professional and thorough. We had a horrible experience with the company the night before but thankfully Van came out the next morning and completely turned our experience around. Highly recommend requesting him if he’s in your area.

Our pipe was clogged pretty far down. The technician, Van, who came, was extremely friendly, on time, and got to work right away. I am so pleased. I hope I don’t have to use Roto-Rooter again, but if I do, I hope they send out Mr Van. He was great!
