From calling in to make the appointment with my concerns through the service - the team was fast, friendly, knowledgeable, COVID-conscious and I felt well taken care of every step of the way. I was given honest, straightforward information and options for next steps. I have definitely found my new go-to for HVAC needs.

We had a problem with cooling distribution across the house, we had harrison sent out to us in a quick manner, he found a blockage within our ducting which was causing the issue, he fixed the problem and was very polite when explaining the situation to us, would highly recommend to anyone needing service

I live in Chapel Hill and I've had Last Call help me many years. They do amazing work. Very responsive, technically skilled, and fair. I always feel that they care about me, my HVAC and my budget. They never try to push upgrades and repairs that are not necessary, unlike many other HVAC companies I've worked with. : (
I can't say enough about Robert and his team and I'm happy to recommend them.

Absolutely the best service I’ve seen in a very long time. My heat went out the morning of Christmas Eve. I called and they were here within the hour. Very polite and knowledgeable. Quick repairs and provided guidance on how to prevent issues in the future. Weekend and a holiday and I felt that the cost was extremely fair. I highly recommend this business.

Excellent company. Install guys very professional and friendly. Efficient install and great clean up. Electricians were efficient. Service guy Clay was excellent in explaining the system and how it works. All in all it was very smooth and it was done the day after the quote which was great since my system was down. When my second system goes these are the guys I’ll call! So far the Coleman system is doing great

Awesome company. Professional. Down to earth. Price and service is top notch. Have called them out to my house for AC service the last 2 years due to a leaking king valve. This year I decided it was best to go ahead and replace my 20yr old AC/Heat system. Their team of installers, electricians and service techs came out within 2 days of signing the installation contract and were done within a few hours. Very happy with how smooth and professional everything went. Highly recommended and will continue to use their services.

Last Call really is just that. We used them for new installation of a furnace and A/C unit as well as maintenance and repairs. Their response time, attention to detail and honesty is hard to find in the HVAC industry. They sent out the same technician who did the install. After three visits, some at little to no cost, Nick was able to diagnose the reason our A/C unit was cutting off (a poor electrical connection). It’s an older unit and most companies would have just given up on diagnostics and told us to replace it. Fortunately now we have some time to budget for a new system down the road a piece.

We had 2 well known HVAC companies come in and could not fix the problem. Then we call HVAC SVCS - Next day they fix the problem within 20mins. We work with Andrew who was very helpful.

Your van driver (hopefully not the owner) in Carrboro Thursday, 2/13/24, needs an anger management course for safe driving before he gets behind the wheel again. I zipper merged in front of him and he laid on the horn and tailgated me aggressively and dangerously before throwing the contents of his beverage container on my vehicle as he passed me when I was turning. You need to get control of your emotions before someone gets hurt, brother. Sincerely praying you find peace and security. That anyone would do this is very concerning, but for someone to do this while driving a clearly marked company vehicle shows a deep lack of judgment.

Personable, knowlsdgable and professional From the office staff to the manager or other technicians, a joy to work with. I have used them for the last 12 years becuase they are so consistently good. I have used them for installation, repair, and maintenance as well as urgent needs.

I originally called them to come see why my ac wouldn’t work and from the get go I was greeted with enthusiasm from phone to in person. Harrison was a great help in scheduling my appointment. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue. This saved me a lot of hassle.

I contacted Last Call this morning (Saturday) because I was not getting any heat from my HVAC system. I got a call back right away and an appointment for the same day. The technician, Chris, was on time and went right to work to diagnose the problem. I really thought he was going to push me to replace my system since it is pretty old, but instead he said it was actually still in good shape. He explained what was wrong and what was needed to fix it. He spent a fair amount of time ensuring everything was as good as possible. The final bill for the work was quite reasonable. I will definitely be calling them back if I have other issues.

Had a problem with the a/c unit in one of the bedrooms upstairs. We called Last Call and Harrison was sent out to us and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I will be recommending Last Call to my family and friends from here on out!!

Nick Long (The service manager) is fantastic at what does (he’s also just an all around good person)! From start to finish, I had no issues and am extremely satisfied. Rodney and Todd are also very thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. Last call is the jam!

Last Call HVAC is absolutely amazing and just so kind. Harrison in particular was the most patient and understanding as he explained everything to me in very layman's terms. I was able to purchase a new system, with 10 year parts and labor warranty! Will definitely be a return customer in the future!
