Very happy with this guy. Super nice. Very professional. Just what you'd expect with an appliance repair/troubleshoot.
-
Wonderful customer service. And Richard is amazing. Definitely will continue using Quality appliance repair.
-
Richard has repaired my mother in laws appliances many times. He is polite and always on time. He can repair just about anything.
-
Impressed with the appliance repair service I received. The technician was skilled and went above and beyond to ensure my refrigerator was working perfectly. Thank you!

These people are worthless. I was appointed Quality Repair by my appliance insurance company for several issues. I could never get an appointment because they never answered the phone, I called repeatedly and when I did get an answer, a rude gentleman (Richard) stated that he was on a job and to call back later. If you want unreliable service and a poor attitude call Quality Appliance Repair. They received one star because I couldn't give them negative stars.

Ignoring the 1 star review, I contacted Richard about our broken dryer. He was polite, professional and fixed the dryer in one day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Richard with Quality Appliance Repair!

Scheduled a service with Quality Appliance Repair, through my home warranty, They never called back to schedule actual appointment and didn't pick up they phone. I guess they have so much business, they don't even bother with the contracts through home warranties. Had to change this contractor to a different one. If you have home warranty and get assigned Quality Appliance Repair, don't even bother, just ask home warranty company to assign a different contractor.

I can relate to the other one star reviews with this company. My frustration with Richard is that he will not return your call. I just don't understand someone running a business and won't return customer phone calls. After having a claim with my warranty company assigned to him for several days he finally called me to set up a time and left a message, I returned his call and had to leave a message and left my number. No return call. Finally a few days later I called to follow up and had to leave a message. No return call. Then when I finally got a time set up, after having to go back through my warranty company complaining, he called. After he repaired my appliance during lunch he told me it would start working within a few hours. When I got home later that evening, it wasn't working so I called and had to leave a message. Guess what, still waiting on a return call. I would definitely recommend finding another appliance repair company. There are many out there that will answer and return customer calls.

I would not give this company one star but I had to get in to write the review. Richard the owner came to my home on first visit to repair my frig. He told me it needed freon. When he was getting ready to leave I asked do you think it's fixed, his reply to me was it's good it's fine l assure you its good and he left. The next morning when I got up the temperature in the refrigerator was 62 degrees. It was not fine it was not good. I made numerous phone calls to the business and to his personal cell before I got a reply later in the day. When I spoke with him he told me it must be the compressor it must be leaking freon he said he was going to order the compressor. When the compressor came in he would come back to fix my refrigerator. We set up a day for the second visit. When he came there was know call to let me know he was on the way . He played music loudly in my kitchen on his phone he used numerous paper towels from my kitchen and asked me for windex. He put the compressor on and prepared to leave. I went into the kitchen to look at the refrigerator. I could tell right away it wasn't running correctly and I know nothing about refrigerators. It was making a noise like a spaceship. I spoke with Richard about my concerns. His response to me was it's fine it's good I assure you everything is alright the noise you are hearing is the new compressor. He proceeded to call me his friend and assure me that it was okay while he loaded his tools and equipment and got into his van and left. Two day later when I woke up my refrigerator was once again registering a high temperature of 62. I have a maintenance agreement on this appliance so I just pay a flat service fee . For someone who doesn't this there would have been 2 service visits plus the cost of a compressor and the appliance still wouldn't be working. So be forwarded if you call this company for help. Since then I have had another service professional come out to repair my refrigerator. When I told him about my experience with Quality Appliance and Repair and Richard all he could do was shake his head and mumble. So BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

Like several others that have reviewed this repair company, it was suggested to use this company through my home warranty. I waited for more than a week for him to actually call to set up the original appointment and I needed to reschedule it due to not being at home during that time of day. The only reason Richard called back to reschedule was because, I too, called and left a message that I would be complaining to my home warranty company about the lack of call returns. He called back to set up the appointment and I called back to confirm the appointment. On the day of the appointment, he was a no show, no call, no nothing! I will not use this company. I called my home warranty company to complain and request another company to repair my dryer.

The technician that came out last name was Richard. He addressed a small fuse issue with our older dishwasher and was able to easily repair it! Glad we didn’t have to spend money on a brand new dishwasher! By talking with him we learned that he had been in appliance repair for over 20 years and now he is the owner of Quality Appliance Repair! He was very knowledgeable about if we ever did replace our dishwasher what he would recommend and why. He also told us about dishwasher cycles and what type of detergents to use. Walmart brands are just as effective as the expensive products when used correctly!
He also works through HSA home warranty claims and so his visit cost us NOTHING!!!!
The next time anything breaks in our house, we will definitely have him on speed dial! -
We were having trouble with our freezer. The warranty company sent Quality Appliance out. Richard informed me we need we needed a water valve and a water filter. He ordered the parts with a week I was called for an appointment. He did a good job. Then the ice maker wasn't acting right and the washer starting failing also. We called the warranty company and they recalled him. Richard came out said we need an ice maker and the washer was gone out. He replaced the ice maker. He treated me real respectful. Did what needed to be done. So I thank him for all he did. How professional he was. He was here before the an appointed time.

He stayed and never really took any thorough tests pinpoint in the direct problem. But assuming it could be the dashboard and coming up Whit.
Hey, price that exceed more than the washing machine. Itself.
Everything took on the 4 minutes. I feel like i've been scammed -
I recently had an issue with my ice maker. I am happy to report that my experience with the Sears repair service was excellent from start to finish. The service technician arrived on time as scheduled and clearly knew what he was doing and quickly repaired my ice maker. My ice maker is back to producing ice!! I would definitely use Sears repair services again.

Service repair came out today. The gear deck on the Samsung Washer has gone out. The serviceman took 1 look, said he won’t touch it and we need a new washer. I explained to him the rust on top of the washer is not due to the gear deck, and is a design flaw with the washer. The repairman, although nice, explained why it was impossible for him to do, and asked me to sign his tablet. I asked what it was I was signing, and he stated it is me signing off he cannot do any work.
I understand the warranty does not cover rust. The rust is nowhere near the issue we encountered, and is being used as a crutch to not fix the problem. This same repairman had came to do a repair before on the lid for this washer, and said then we were lucky he wasn’t the initial one who inspected it, otherwise he would have not allowed the part to be ordered or work to be done.
I say all that to say this: The warranty is useless, and when the repairman came out his sole purpose was to save the company money by not fixing the issue. No matter what I said excuses were made, and the service tech was insistent he will not be doing any work.
1 star is too many. Stay away from them, and seek service elsewhere. -
Technician was excellent!!! He explained everything to me in complete details. A++

When I tried to post this review to your initial request, yet again the AI driven link was dysfunctional. The best service I received came from the tech (a human) who diagnosed my appliance issue, and the trouble shooter (another human) who managed the repeated glitches in getting my home warranty purchase completed.
The point at which the technology ran amok was when I asked for an update of the arrival time for my tech. The AI responder indicated it could not find my appointment within less than a minute of my receiving a text that the tech was on his way. When I clicked to chat with the chat bot, I got the same response, that there was no record of my service appointment. I linked to what I think was a human (Baylon) who apologized for the glitch and indicated that he could see the appointment. He pinged the tech to call me and let me know when I could expect him, which the tech did.
The next issue was in getting support for the purchase of the service plan. Because Sears does not accept Amex, my major credit card, we had to navigate the fraud alert for a little used MC account. The problem on the Sears end was in having the submissions show up when they were entered. I had to reenter information several times, and we had to have the help of a trouble shooter to achieve enrollment and payment.
Consider how this level of technology could be useful if it provided a seamless interface with the customer. The glitches need to be smoothed out before it is ready for prime time.
