He was very prompt, very nice and knew what he was doing. We had to have a Water pressure valve replaced. Paid 2,917.00 had no idea it would cost that much but had to have it because we had no water pressure in my house.

Terry & Steve did a wonderful job today replacing my AC & Heating System! Very professional, answering all my questions and concerns. Leaving me feeling confident about my new system. I recommend Master Plummers Heating & Cooling for a job well done.

I recently had some concerns about a costly situation that was unpredictable, with what started out as frustrating and not ideal ended with communication that had the final outcome agreeable. The technician that came out for service to the home was knowledgeable, thorough and showed expertise. After conversing with Lee, I appreciate the company ultimately to make things right and I am satisfied how the situation was resolved.

Terry was excellent at checking out my heat pump and finding the problem and explaining the situation in terms I could understand. He was thorough and polite and friendly and competent. I really like him.

Tee line to support recirculation loop, repair on a tub faucet, 2 whole house water filters (we have a separate building from the house). Their tech, Jordan was friendly, professional, and moved with a purpose. The experience has made me move Masters back to the top of my list for plumbing needs. I wouldn't call them terribly cheap, but every single service company has doubled or trip of their rates in the last decade, so you've got no choice.

Steve repaired the problem with my HVAC unit due it not giving out heat. He thoroughly explained what was happening and what needed to be done. He was patient and courteous and worked until the job was completed and my family now heat in our home again. Thanks Steve we appreciate all you've done.

Terry and Chris and the rest of the team did a phenomenal job with our AC unit install, and put in long hours when it became clear that the new compressor had an issue. Terry had a new replacement unit delivered the next day and he and Chris completed the install. Steven and Terry were my technicians. They were very professional during their visit. Answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable when asking. The work was done efficiently and timely. I appreciate their efforts in my heating and air needs.

Great service provided by Alex and Lucas today. They were knowledgeable and professional and gave me several options for my needed upgrade to a new water heater. Which I will purchase.

At this time I was not pleased with the service. Spend more time writing the paper work than the performance report . Trying to get me to get new service on a unit I have not had a year , talking about new options that should come with a new unit . Not pleased

Good work , nice guys - However SO over priced. - I was totally taken advantage of as far as price , as well as given the cheapest possible bathroom sink - They knew they took advantage of me! 1 hour and 15 minutes of in house work !

The technicians were very nice. I called in for a clogged drain but they somehow worked up a $10,000 plan to fix various “issues”. All I wanted was an unclogged drain. Which they didn’t do. I do mot like their business model and I did not hire them.
