Fantastic service, quote was made quickly and the pricing was very competitive.

I had a tree needing removed from my tight backyard. It was wedged between two houses, a set of power lines, and a garage. Mel’s team did a fantastic job with the removal while respecting our property and that of our neighbors.

I wish I had more trees, I’d call them back in a heartbeat.

Had this pine tree fall over Saturday afternoon in some strong wind gusts. I did not realize Mel ran a 7 day operation so I waited to call Monday morning. In a few hours Mel was out to give me a quote and also got him to quote me on another smaller tree I was concerned about because of a cavity at the base of the tree. Mel told me he would have a crew out Tuesday (it was raining Monday or I think he would have had a crew out the same day). Around 9 Tuesday the crew showed up and by 10:30ish the crew was loading up job complete.

We had Mel’s Tree Service remove a large tree from our backyard and grind the stump, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was professional, fast, and clearly knew what they were doing. Everything was handled smoothly and the yard was left clean afterward. There are just as many ways to take down or trim a tree as there are people. Mel has the uncanny ability to adjust his service for your individual needs and price range within 5 minutes of talking with you. He has an orchestrated / seasoned crew of up to 10 loggers who also make sure that you get the service you want. When they get to work, it's safe and beautiful and fast and focussed effort. I would hire Mel's Tree Service just to watch them work!

Mel came promptly to give estimate and began immediately on the removal of 3 trees. They work FAST and efficiently. His pricing was very fair and they cleaned up so well the debris from the trees. His team is very friendly and did I say efficient!!!
I will call this company again with any future needs.
They also worked very carefully and safely around power lines and took on more needs around some fencing that had overgrowth on it .

Mel’s tree service was very professional, safe, clean, and efficient . We had 4 - 70 ft trees overhanging our home and Mel’s carved them out to be safe as well as healthy. Highly recommend and will use again in the future.
