I agree with the anonymous guys post, he came to look at my yard, gave price, and I told him to do it, and then boom, no communication, never heard from him again, I mean if you can't do it, let me know, no big deal, communication is key for customers

Doug gives great service, as long as he has time to mow your yard. Went over a month without service because Weather put him "behind" and he never showed back up, or communicated to me if he was still interested in my yard. Had to get another lawn care service to step in. Not sure what happened. Maybe he got tired of cutting my yard. 🤷

Update: About 30min after posting this review Doug let me know why he hasn't serviced my yard yet. Not sure why it has to take me being in the dark and leaving an unfavorable review for him to communicate with me. 😑

Communication with clients is crucial. We're your livelyhood, and it's important to let us know what's going on with your business. How are we supposed to know? 🤷
