Very quick getting to my house and fixing water leak

friend in Henderson called this company, to be told since she was close by, he wouldn't charge for estimate. then company never showed or called. she'll look elsewhere!

Great customer service. He came right out told me what the issue was and had it corrected! Saved me money because it was the city who caused the backup issue not me.

The day started as a very stressful day but Mr.Bill Knight came to my rescue. He is very knowledgeable about plumbing, he taught me alot in a very short time. He arrived at my home quickly and did the job in no time. I highly recommend this service. By the way, it was a Sunday! Great service!!

They came and replaced my water heater for much less than half the quotes I was given from companies in Raleigh… on a Sunday. They restored my hot water within five hours of my service request. Fast and professional. These guys reset the bar. Couldn’t give a higher recommendation.

Let me tell you a little story about the owner. My grandma is 86 and her well had messed up. it was after being jerked around by someone else that we found Bill. He was working another job but once I told him what was going on he promised no matter what he was coming and he knew exactly the problem. He showed up at like 8:30/9 pm it was raining an storming he didn't care, he went under her house and fixed the problem in less than 20 minutes. This man is amazing. He doesn't play around with you about prices. He is genuine and honest and really cares about his work. He is passionate about what he does. He is worth every dollar he charges. Thank you for being our trusty plumber for the last 4 months. I promise we ONLY CALL AABLE PLUMING from now on. You wont regret it!!!

Hired Aable plumbing to come out and swap my 42 year old well water pressure tank out it still worked but after 42 years it all the parts leading to it had rotted so I figured the tank inside probably wasn't far off and didn't want to wait until we didn't have water or it messed up . Was greeted professionally when I called. Was asked if I had water i said yes it wasn't a emergency was calling to see how long it would be before they could be out here to do the work and how much it would cost. They could be by to look at it no later then tomorrow. Sense I still had water that was great because I was not trying to deal with a company that puts you off with excuses. Bill charged me fairly and did a good job in a timely manner. I would recommend their service.

Aable Plumbing is the absolute best! Bill and his crew is always available when I call even though they are in high demand! They have worked on our home and our business and he prides himself on solving the problem and getting it right. We have had leaks, standing water in the yard, complete remodel, septic issues and we always call Bill at Aable Plumbing!

Had a major clog in my kitchen sink going under the house. He was very responsive and arrived very fast. He got straight to the point, cleared the drainage and gave a reasonable price for the services!

Called around 8:30pm just in inquire & maybe get a quote for my issue. I would’ve never thought they would come that night to help. They picked up the phone right away, helped me understand my issue & had someone at my house within the hour to fix my issue. A few days later, something around the area that was fixed burst causing our guest bedroom to flood. I called & to see what could be done & Dylan was at our house in about 30min, fixed the problem in about 30min & didn’t charge to come back out to us. Dylan was great, the prices are great, the customer service was amazing & we’ll definitely be using this company for our future needs! I would highly recommend!

The kitchen sink had a major clog he had a special tool that cleared the drain in seconds. The service was great and reasonable! He will be our plumber again in the future. Job well done!

Dylan was great! He was on time and very polite and got the job done and triple checked that everything was in working order before he left. This is my second time using this company they are a 24 hour service and everyone that I have dealt with so far have all been amazing and easy to work with. I highly recommend them to everyone!

As always Bill, with Aable Plumbing, was out to my house in great time after I let him know my toilet wouldn't stop running. He fixed the problem quickly and professionally for a great price. He is always my first choice for plumbing repairs around my old home!
