Scott was phenomenal throughout the entire entirety of the inspection process. He addressed all of my concerns before the inspection was performed, and we laid out a game plan of trouble areas and hot spots on the property he was inspecting. During his inspection process, I was able to visit the property at the time and he gave me an in-person detailed explanation of everything he had found and the status of the property that he was inspecting.

For anyone who wants a highly detailed and accurate inspection of a property in North Carolina, I highly recommend Scott!

Scott was very professional and very thorough with our home inspection. We really appreciated his honesty in answering all of our questions and not making up guesses if he didn’t know the answer to something. His report had clear pictures and explanations of all the issues he found which made it easier to communicate with the home seller on repairs we wanted, and he was even able to add asbestos and mold testing the same day when we requested it. Highly recommend.
