Home Depot did a great job with my recent carpet purchases. From the measure to the finished product. I highly recommend them

Install team was very professional, friendly, respected the home and workspace. They made the process look easy. I felt they did quality workmanship. I would use the service again.

They came out and said the job would take about 4 hours to replace my furnace. It took them 8 hours. They tested it for about 1 minute before leaving. After they left, the furnace would not work longer than 5 minutes before shutting off for hours. Temperatures got down to 23 degrees that night. I called them about getting someone out to the house to fix it that evening and they told me they would be here in 2 days to look at it. I called them about 20 times before they sent someone to the house around 11pm. The person they sent couldn’t fix it. I woke up the next morning with it being 59 degrees in the house. Called that morning and they sent someone to the house to fix it. Said there was a clip missing on the new furnace they installed.

Installation efficient but multiple complications with inspection from local county inspectors. Installor and inspectors disagreed with what had to be done. Inaddition, installor required additional changes to the system. Ie.new value to the house, addition of a buffering system and blow by exhaust to exist through the foundation as well as a electrical shut off panel under the house. The plumber did a quality job. With all those additional expenses they did not give me my military discount.

Home Depot should stop carrying products with glyphosate!
Otherwise, I think Home Depot Staff are really great. Some people are helpful and not very knowledgeable, which is fine. And some people are very knowledgeable, which is great, and some people aren’t really either. But that’s OK, they try. It seems like a pretty good work culture.
