The ladies from Dream and Clean did a great job. They left our house clean, in order, and smelling great! They were professional and handled our place with care. They were also great with our dog and accommodated her curiosity of the strangers in her house. I would recommend Dream and Clean to anyone looking for a trust worthy cleaning service with reasonable rates.

I have never left a bad review. I would leave zero stars if I could. I was told that I have a vicious dog and she was a 9 month old border collie with a cone on her head because she just had surgery. This happened in February 2024. I have pictures with a date to prove. She barked at the cleaner , she’s a border collie and barks at birds, sheep, puppies and people, really anything that moves. I only let her in for a minute because the cleaner said she scratched on the window. She was only inside for a couple of seconds and I held her. She’s a puppy. Edie sent me a text and said she would press charges. I talked to a lawyer and he said you can’t sue someone for a barking dog. The police and animal control came and said that the owner or manager (Edie) said my dogs were neglected. The animal control and police were extremely nice and I feel Edie completely wasted their time. I told your cleaner we just moved her and I have stage 4 colon cancer. The cleaner said she drove 45 minutes and seemed distressed when she got here. We had a good conversation and I showed her around. She said I needed a Robo cleaner, which was very strange. We didn’t even have all of our furniture here since we had just moved here, so it was an easy clean. I have a wonderful cleaner here and they are amazing. If anyone wants their phone number, please contact me. I just wanted my house clean because I am very sick. I’m appalled. It was a lack of communication and am not sure why Edie didn’t talk to me afterwards. Her only communication was she was going to press charges. My dogs are my life. We treat them as children because we don’t have them. Our puppy goes to day care most days due to my sickness and they absolutely love her and she gets along with everyone and the vet loves her too. I’m shocked that they have good reviews online, as I believe they pick and choose the reviews one their website. I’m sure they will not post mine. We set a time for manager/owner to come out. Organized my schedule to be present. He texted 30 min after and then just stopped responding. If they can’t be trusted to show up as promised and then refuse to respond, I wouldn’t trust them in my house.
