I have purchased from this nursery several times and do not know why I go back. The customer service is the worst. The first two times I put up with it because they had the plants I wanted, however, after my experience yesterday, I will go elsewhere or do without.

Very knowledgeable, made sure we got exactly what we were looking for. Gave us details on planting and care of the plants. They allowed us to choose from the plants they had. It was a well ran company! We will be back!

Buyer beware! I did a big landscaping project at my home last fall and bought all of my plants at Gossett's (spending more than $400). Now that it's spring, everything is doing well except one grape leaf hydrangea, which didn't come back. I called to exchange the plant and was told that they do not guarantee their plants!! They would not exchange the bad plant they sold me. Very poor customer service. I will not buy anything from them again. I recommend that you shop at the place that stands behind their plants and stay away from Gossett's.

My wife and I have been purchasing from Gossett's for over a decade now...they have the best prices on (healthy) trees and shrubs around and they are the nicest people; if you are buying your stuff from somewhere else, you might just be wasting your time and most importantly, money...shop here first, if they don't have it, then try someone else (like Greensboro Shrub maybe, who also have great prices and healthy plants, but on the other end of town).

I got a red and a lavender rebooting azaleas. They are bea, reasonable prices. I also got a low profile spreading juniper because the one I bought from them 6 years ago has done great. Love this nursery!

Great prices and good variety! Just a word of caution that has nothing to do with the fault of the nursery. There are several entrances. My GPS took me in a big circle to arrive, going in a huge circle and adding about 3 miles to the drive. I realized this as I was driving right by the sign off Highway 68.

We are a small landscaping business and have purchased many plants from Gossett's Nursery over the last couple years. We have purchased anywhere from a couple plants at a time to a large number of plants at a time. They have great customer service. All the plants that we have purchased over the years have all done excellent. We appreciate the great quality and great customer service and will continue to go back to Gossett's Nursery and highly recommend them.

Spilling gravel broke our windshield on a Winston Salem trip and they did not contact us back

I had the pleasure of working with James. James was very helpful and met all my needs. I even went back the next day to buy more shrubs. I could not get these through lowe's or home depot. Great experience with GOSSETT'S. Thank You for all your help! :)

I went Saturday they didn’t want to help me 5 minutes before closing and I told him what I needed. I drove back today and the guy left to go make a delivery and didn’t even let me know he was leaving. I went to the door to pay and it was locked. A sign was on the door so I called the number and ask him how long he was gonna be gone. It was like another 45 minutes before he would be back. I asked him was he, the guy going across the parking lot when I was looking at flowers he said yes he proceeded to tell me he had a delivery to make and go to lunch that they were a farm not a nursery. I asked if I could take the tags off of my flowers. I was getting and call back and pay. He told me no. I said this is the second time I have drove up here from ARCHDALE to get no help. These people don’t want your business.

Requested a quote for weeding and seedingand spoke to Jason 3/10/2026. Never got the quote, called him and left voice message checking on quote status on 3/12/2026...never heard back. Guess they are too busy for new business. 😒😒
