Trim Pro was very caring, professional, also a very friendly crew. They left everything clean. Their main concern was to make sure they removed everything to our satisfactory.

This company did tree removal work for my neighbor and left a mess on my property. Chips from their wood chipper were all over on our side of the fence, in our vinyl-lined pool and on our pool deck. This is costing me around $350 for cleanup and chemicals for the pool. When I asked the employee about it, the young woman told me that it's not their fault, they can't help where their chipper blows, that I should purchase a pool cover and that I'd have to take things up with the homeowners, who are an elderly couple. Another employee said he has a company that could vacuum my pool for $80, which doesn’t take care of the time and chemicals needed. Completely unethical.
