A technician from your company came to repair a no heat issue. After checking the heating system, he found Nothing wrong and suspected it was the thermostat, which he changed and
Left. After a short time I realize the system was no better and I had no heat. I called again and you sent Brandon. After checking the entire system.he found At least 4 issues with the heating system and replaced all the faulty components. Comfort First Heating and Cooling saved the day! Our central air had an issue during the first few warm days of spring, but Conner and the team came through quickly. Conner was courteous, on time, and explained the issue thoroughly while keeping us updated throughout the process. Service like this is hard to find. We will definitely be using Comfort First for all of our heating and cooling needs going forward!

This company is great. The technician was on time, professional and got my AC working in less than a hour. The service plan coast less than other companies. When I called, I spoke to English-speaking people that answered my questions confidently. Every thing was great from start to finish.
