Left. After a short time I realize the system was no better and I had no heat. I called again and you sent Brandon. After checking the entire system.he found At least 4 issues with the heating system and replaced all the faulty components. He reprogrammed the system and since then ((about a month) it has operated perfectly. Upon completion he explained everything to me in detail

Comfort First Heating and Cooling saved the day! Our central air had an issue during the first few warm days of spring, but Conner and the team came through quickly. Conner was courteous, on time, and explained the issue thoroughly while keeping us updated throughout the process. Service like this is hard to find. We will definitely be using Comfort First for all of our heating and cooling needs going forward!

This company is great. The technician was on time, professional and got my AC working in less than a hour. The service plan coast less than other companies. When I called, I spoke to English-speaking people that answered my questions confidently. Every thing was great from start to finish.

Billy was absolutely amazing! His goal is to “Take care of my peeps!” 🤣 and he definitely did! Huge thank you to Kendrick Williams for checking my system today. I was in such a panic after previously having to replace the TXV valve on my unit! He was thorough and explained everything to me step by step. Comfort First Heating and Cooling has a customer in me! You can’t beat their maintenance program or level of customer service. I recently had an HVAC service appointment with Conner from Comfort First, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood what was being done and why.

Not only did he fix the issue efficiently, but he also went above and beyond to ensure my system was running at peak performance.
