Shaun was prompt professional knowledgeable. Couldn’t ask for a better tech!! Explained everything so we understood what was going on with our thermostat. Offered solutions and was able to get our issue worked out quickly.

Loc was awesome, professional, detailed and great knowledge. He came for maintenance, did a full check and made sure our unit & crawl space equipment was up to par & working correctly. My husband and I are very appreciative and would recommend them to anyone!!!!

Today, Kendrick and Connor from Comfort First Heating and Cooling went above and beyond to bring comfort back to my home. Our A/C stopped working late last week, and I was initially concerned it was a major issue with the unit. I reached out to my home warranty HVAC provider, but they couldn’t make it out.

As a parent of a small child with special needs and respiratory concerns, this situation was especially urgent. I explained this when I called, and Comfort First made it a priority—Kendrick and Connor arrived promptly and didn’t leave until they figured out exactly what was wrong.

They could have easily claimed it was a bigger issue and tried to upsell me on unnecessary parts or repairs—but they didn’t. They were completely transparent, showing me readings and walking me through what they were checking every step of the way. Their honesty, professionalism, and dedication truly stood out.

I was so impressed with their service that I went ahead and signed up for a routine maintenance program. This kind of customer care is rare, and I’m incredibly grateful. Thank you, Kendrick and Connor!

Purchased/installed whole house water filtration/conditioning system which consist of sediment filter, carbon filter and no-salt water softener/conditioner. Our house is in Fuquay-Varina.

Before installation I measured (reagent- titration method) water hardness at 12 gpg (205 ppm) which is very hard and after install the hardness was very soft (below measurable limitations).

Entire staff was personable and communicative. Installation was thorough and timely.

We use these folks for both plumbing and HVAC.

After requesting services, two days later, maintenance worker came to the house just tell us he could not diagnose the a/c issues b/c our outside pipes were frozen. He advised we should defrost the pipes by turning our unit off. I turned the unit off overnight. Please keep in mind the heat increased in my home and became unbearable. This resulted in me having to reschedule and the next available appointment was a week out. Frustrated with this situation, b/c after turning the unit off we should have been top priority, my husband had to request emergency service. A different maintenance man came out, and put coolant in the unit. This simple process took 45 minutes, but prior to my husband requesting emergency assistance, we would have had to wait a whole week for some relief. I would have given this company less stars, but they were understanding and polite after we expressed our disappointment and immediately rectified the issue.
