I am purchasing a new home in Gibsonville, NC. I scheduled for Derrick’s Septic Services to inspect & pump the system at my new property. I filled out the proper paperwork. On the day of the inspection, someone texted me from the company, and said they weren’t going to be able pump because the truck was broken. I answered explaining that was fine, but to please still do the inspection, because the due diligence period would be over the next day. No one ever responded back to this text. I called and left messages, and continued to keep texting with no luck. No one ever responded, and the inspection was not done. I would not recommend using this company!

I was very disappointed with Derrick and Amanda. I thought I was dealing with Driggers Septic, as that was who I was referred to by neighbors. I called Driggers and they gave took my info and Amanda (from Derrick’s Septic Services) called back and scheduled an appointment three weeks out. On the day of the appointment they texted and canceled (after I had to reach back out to ask when they were coming). Then they promised to come out two days later. They never showed up, and they wouldn’t return my phone calls or texts asking when they would be coming out. I decided I was done waiting and getting terrible service. I went with Chuck Keene septic and they were super quick, easy to work with, and did an excellent job.

Derrick was awesome. He sure knows what he is doing. He is very kind and he worked very hard.

These people were the friendliest people they did an awesome job if I had to rewind they would be right back doing the work . If I ever know anyone that needs any septic work done they are number 1 in my book great people and great work even saved us money they didn't have to tell us but they did honest godly people you don't get that much these days. He was honest. I thought that our pump was struck by lightning and that the wiring was burned. He told me that the wiring was just corroded and that the pump was fine. He could have said that I needed a new pump and I would have been none the wiser, saving me around $2,000.00 . I appreciate integrity and will call him for any future septic needs.

This company was hired by my real estate agent to do a septic inspection on a house that we purchased. They broke the pipe going into the septic tank while they were doing the inspection (digging it with an excavator) and covered it up and pretended like nothing happened. I have an inspection report prior to them coming out stating that everything worked well with the plumbing. When the problem was realized after it caused a whole house backup a week after we moved in, I called the company after having to get it repaired which was very costly and they refuse to take any accountability for it. So now I will be filing a lawsuit against them. Will update my post after. I'm sure they will comment back on this and deny any responsibility. According to other Google reviews, this is not the first time that they have done this. So be careful when hiring this company for anything because if something should happen they will not take responsibility for it. Also, the woman who answers the phones will just completely ignore you and pretend nothing is happening. You have to call from a fake number or somebody else's phone to get them to respond. No professionalism at all.

They did my septic inspection and cleaning when I bought my house. He showed up on time and did a wonderful job.

Derrick's Septic Service did a great job on my septic tank cleaning and repairs that were needed. His employee explained the job that he was doing and answered my questions about the system since this was my first experience with a septic system.

Derricks performed a septic inspection for as a pre purchase to a new home. They were very much on time and answered my questions. Felt like they were honest with their pricing and I would recommend them to anyone.

Great job! Excellent customer Service by Shawn who educated me on Septic Tanks!!! He Explained the job and walked me through the septic tank pumping & cleaning process, also maintenance of the filter etc., and how often the tank should be pumped. Having to leave to go back to work, Shawn took the time to send me a photo after he neatly covered the area back over. I was well pleased and will definitely refer and use this company again next round and thereafter.

Greatest experience very professional excellent work would recommend to anyone

I have hired Derrick's twice. Shaun (sp?) came to my house both times and did a great job. Once to inspect and pump, and the 2nd visit to install concrete risers on the tank access ports which are buried. Friendly and respectful, and always willing to give extra advice. Highly recommend.
