I had a dishwasher malfunction at 5am recently - water all over the kitchen floor running down into the crawlspace. I immediately Servpro High Point. I was connected to a representative and explained my dilemma. In very short order two service technicians were at my home. They surveyed the situation and quickly recommended a plan of action. Explaining in detail the why and what they thought needed to be done to optimize their results. They documented the scene with photos and a written description for insurance purposes. They set up several large fans and a dehumidifier in the kitchen. They went into the crawl space, removed the damaged insulation, and deployed fans in there as well. Over the next few days, the techs returned to check on the progress - repositioning equipment, as necessary. Once the job was complete the techs removed all their equipment.
I highly recommend Servpro High Point - this was my first (and hopefully last) experience. From my first contact through the entire process everyone was polite, professional and high skilled at responding to a very stressful situation.

Exceptional staff and service team. Work extremely well with the insurance adjuster to help make your life more acceptable in the light of the disaster. Immediately started removing items affected by the disaster and installing equipment to remove the moisture. Construction manager is a great listener and knowledgeable of all areas needed to place my home back in order. Give them a call if or when your disaster comes calling.

I am very pleased with Servpro of High Point. My contractor, Troy Lescalleet and Shane, plus their whole team was there right at the beginning to help keep more damage. They worked very hard day after day to get the clean up done. Then Troy helped me pick the best options to put back in my house. I would suggest to use them if you have any issues.

Just completed a job working alongside SERVPRO of High Point. They were very professional and knowledgeable - very easy to work with from start to finish. We would highly recommend, you can count on them to take care of you disaster strikes!

After a backup in our main sewer line we had two bathrooms to clean up and dry out and hardwood floors to dry. As a result water went into the crawl space and HVAC ducts. Servpro was very responsive to send out the estimator and the team to check the damage. We were very fortunate in regard to the damage, but the Servpro team did a thorough job in checking for moisture in the crawl space, insulation, flooring and for mold. They came when they said they would and completed the mitigation and restoration work very promptly and gave my wife and I a peace of mind concerning our house.

We called ServePro after a major plumbing disaster which led to flooding/ sewage, etc in our basement and a plumbing repair that included jackhammering through our concrete basement floor to get to the problem. What a mess! Ryan and his ServePro team did a great job and left it looking better than it did before the plumbing problem began. Ryan kept us informed throughout the project and made sure we were pleased before they left. 👍🏻

Super! After a water line break upstairs discovered by water pouring into the room below, ServePro came and moved the furniture to a safe location and set up dehumidifiers. ServePro daily tested water remaining in the flooring, walls and ceiling. ServePro had flooring and insulation tested for asbestos, carefully removed all wet flooring, wet insulation, wet HVAC and sagging ceiling. Everything was done professionally with daily communication on plans. I could even call the site manager at home to get advice on the POD location. Carlos, Ivan, Nick, the office staff, everyone at ServePro was professional and very helpful in a stressful situation!

After a hot water heater burst and flooded our business, we got several quotes for repairs. Servpro was prompt, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. They started the same day I accepted their quote and finished the project quickly. No starting a project and then disappearing to start other jobs as so many others do these days. SERVPRO was incredibly professional and easy to work with after we had a 2nd floor plumbing leak. They worked with our insurance company to ensure the moisture was remediated, replaced sheet rock where needed, and then put everything back the way it was. After the paint dried, we saw one area that we wanted to have retouched, and they were happy to come back out promptly and finish the job. Pleasant experience all around, and would definitely use again!

Servpro handled the damage to my storage room caused by the water heater. They did an awesome job with Water Mitigation, Reconstruction, Mold and clean-up in my storage space. I had two separate water events and mold at my home and had ServPro of High Point handle them both. I have had nothing but great service and prompt action from them. My biggest satisfaction came from Troy, who is phenomenal. He found my roof leak when roofers couldn’t find it and fixed it. No job in the house is too much and he keeps at it until he knows you are completely satisfied. ServPro of High Point is extremely lucky to have such a talented and dedicated employee. We had a great experience with SERVPRO of High Point! We had water damage in our living room due to a hole in the roof, requiring replacement of the drywall and part of the ceiling. SERVPRO was the third contractor to take on this job, and I wish we had gone with them in the first place. Troy, the project manager, was very professional and personable. He communicated with us throughout the process and always responded quickly to our calls and texts. Once the project was scheduled, he along with his crew (Shawn and Manny) had the job done in a very timely manner, and went above and beyond replacing the wall, even correcting issues that the two previous contractors had left us with. The repair looks seamless: you can't even tell there was damage to begin with. Our living room looks better than it did before the water damage occurred!

Water damage from upstairs was quickly dried out and removed. Then the awesome restoration team Dan and Shane replaced ceiling and walls with such precision you can't even see where the damage was. Project manager Troy was great! He explained everything so we wouldn't worry and kept the project going, honoring our schedule. Our company was exhibiting outdoors at High Point Market and ended up with water damage from overnight rain that needed to be taken care of ASAP in order to continue hosting clients. Within an hour of contacting them (on a Sunday), the ServPRO team was on site and had the problem resolved for us 30 minutes later. On Friday night after Thanksgiving 2023, while my husband and I were out of town over 5 hours away, we received a call that our home was flooded. We first called a water restoration company and had to leave a message. We then decided to try ServPro of High Point and our call was answered by Carlos Nino (owner) who took immediate action. When we arrived home Saturday morning, ServPro was also pulling into our driveway. As distraught as we were, we felt somewhat relieved as Carlos and his team began handling our mitigation issues. His mitigation team (Ivan, Nick, Chris, and Savannah) took care of working with our insurance company, packaging up our personal belongings, and the mitigation of our home. Once, the mitigation was completed, we decided to stay with ServPro of High Point to handle the restoration process. We were introduced to Troy Lescalleet (reconstruction project manager), who led the restoration effort along with his restoration team (Dan and Shane ) to get our home restored. They assisted us with so much empathy and professionalism during this difficult 5-month period.
Although I would not wish such a flooding event upon anyone, but if ever faced with such a catastrophe, I would highly recommend ServPro of High Point to service your needs. They took charge and executed as if it was personal. From extracting the water to putting on the last knobs on our new cabinets, even counseling, giving personal advise and recommendations, they took charge of it all. We were so out of our element not knowing what to do, but it was obvious this was their area of expertise. Our home is now restored and we can't thank ServPro of High Point enough.

We had a sewage line break in our crawlspace area by our basement area and I reached out to ServePro. They were very pleasant to work with and had a technician out here the next day.

Austin came out and did a very thorough evaluation of what was needed to resolve the issue and provided a quote that was very fair for the sewage cleanup.

Our crawlspace area was fully encapsulated (Tarheel Basement) and they restored it back to it's original condition, removed the debris and odor, and disinfected the entire area.
