This company operates with unethical and dishonest business practices, and I strongly advise against hiring them. They falsely claimed damages, such as pet waste (never had a pet) on my carpet that wasn’t there, in order to deceive my apartment complex—whom they contracted with—into paying for the full cost of carpet replacement. This kind of greed and dishonesty is unacceptable.
Update to their reply: My carpet was not ruined with pet waste. I have witnesses to attest the day I moved out as well as video evidence of my unit. This company claimed to work on my unit and the letter they sent to my apartment complex was signed by their employee named Kenny. I still have a copy of the letter and will not remove my review. If you all had an ethical business, you all would not be subjected to negative reviews.

My apartment complex used them after we moved out to clean our bedroom carpet. According to a written letter from Kenny, our carpets had "heavy black stains". The carpet had no stains when we moved out and we made a point to never wear shoes on the carpet or rugs - we don't wear shoes at home. Kenny also suggested replacing the pads which were only 2 years old. Considering we had 3 dressers/chests, 3 wire-frame shelves (storage since we couldn't use our moldy closet), and a queen sized bed in the apartment bedroom, there was limited space to even walk around to get to the bed. Either A Step Ahead left "heavy black stains" from their cleaning or they're not a trustworthy company. Disappointed either way.

Flor did a great job cleaning our apartment! It looked like when we first moved in! I would recommend her to anyone! Looking forward to having her come back in a few weeks!

Mamma T’s cleaning service did an absolutely INCREDIBLE job on my move out. She actually left the place perfectly spotless and shining. Seriously, everything too all included in the original cost. She did the microwave, fridge and freezer as well as took away the garbage, a great job on the bathroom and made the floors shine. Check the pics! She’s the best in the area! Don’t waste your time elsewhere.

Prices are high but plants are gorgeous

Nicely laid out, great selection, helpful staff. This year organic starts were scarce. Our go to spot for pots, pavers, implements, etc.

Saw an old man, (employee) smoking in the back of the garden center. When I asked him if he was really smoking; on the job, in the store, he replied, "yeah!" And he was quite proud too...........

This is just a typical behavior at this location...........poor display.

Not the complete (or local) garden center I wish it was. Plant stock/options are fairly limited but if you are looking for cheap prices on common/popular plants it’s sufficient.

My favorite Home Depot near us. Always super helpful staff, great garden section as well. Lumber prices have increased as of late but the quality seems to have gotten better. Well stocked too! Warning, though: the weekend is SLAMMED. so be prepared to have trouble finding parking and have a long wait in line.
