Van 13 driver 10/05/2022. Please slow down. Stop following to close. Stop dodging in and out of lanes. Slow down. Why do you drive so aggressively on hwy 147

The 2 guys that came to clean my couch were in and out in no time and my couch looks like brand new again! They couldn't have been more professional and the price beat the other 3 businesses I called.

I'm always very satisfied when I hire this company to clean my carpet. Justin and Brad were very nice & professional. They did an awesome job.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. OUTRAGEOUSLY LOUD VAN. IF YOU VALUE THE SANITY OF YOUR TENANTS/NEIGHBORS, USE SOMEONE ELSE.

I've added a visual representation of just how loud the van was, but it doesn't do it justice. It was loud from the inside my home 4 apartment buildings away. Our complex has used vacuuming services like this one before, but the noise was never this bad.

I’m in an apartment complex and the person who came to clean was reckless and moved so fast, damaged my items and left a small hole in the wall. They didn’t even say anything about it. Showed up to deal with a water issue in socks and sandals.

I was already speeding in the left lane and a driver was tailgating me (6/13 westbound on the Durham freeway at 5:45 pm) Carpet cleaning vans who do this are especially dangerous because they are carrying hundreds of pounds of extra weight from the water they hold. I’m a huge believer that if drivers don’t respect others on the road and the equipment they’re entrusted by their employers, why would they respect your home and belongings??

We use this company all the time at our community, they do fantastic work. Office staff and crew members are all extremely friendly and professional! A+ work each time!

The van is outrageously loud and has this high pitched tone to it that drove my dog crazy. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Our apartment complex has used services like this before but never have they ever been close to this loud. It went on for a ridiculously long time too.

I work at an apartment community and we use A Step Ahead for all our vacancies. I’ve seen the guys make stains I thought would never go away disappear. They’re always professional and they are always able to accommodate appointments at a short notice.

Professional, courteous, wonderful company to work with in a crisis. My house flooded over the weekend in the middle of the night and they were there by 4:30am and got right to work cleaning up. My carpets are beautiful and clean now!

A van with this logo is in the apartment complex I live in making an unbelievable racket, waking children (not to mention me) and incurring the ire of everyone within hearing distance. Did I mention it's 1:45 AM??...that's not a typo, I meant A bloody M! What kind of business model is that? "How to get your business banned from a complex in an hour or less!"

UPDATE: I am adding two stars because I called A Step Ahead the following day and a very polite person added details to the event that suggest the work was in response to an emergency call. I will not pretend that I am now a-okay with obscenely loud machinery in the middle of the night, but the rep was polite and kept cool so star up for professional phone manners.

They did an amazing job. And they were so nice and polite. Highly recommend.

I've used this company twice and both times they did an excellent job. They were in and out fairly quickly. They were able to get rust and food stains out of my carpet and in an area with a really deep stain that was hard to get out they told me about, but I couldn't even see it; so I was thoroughly satisfied. I would highly recommend these guys.

I couldn't be more impressed! Same day service, reasonable prices and outstanding customer service. Wesley and Gabriel did an exceptional job with my worn out carpet, and were both personable and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants good service and an excellent end result

Would do 4.5 stars. Overall they seemed to do pretty good work. Fast. Inexpensive (I think). Had them for carpet repair and cleaning. Only reason 4.5 was because they were quite a bit later starting than the appointment was set for.

They were so great, super nice guys. Came in and had the carpet in my two bedrooms and stairs cleaned in no time! Very affordable, only caveat is they only accept cash currently. I will definitely be using them again!

i have a 3 year old & animals. the guys were able to remove every stain from my carpet whether it was big or small. their prices are a little cheap which scared me i didn’t think they’d do as good but they did an amazing job. i forgot to mention the great customer service from daniel. he’s always super nice & friendly when speaking to him over the phone.
