my apartments gave me a free carpet cleaning for renewing my lease. They sent Hill's Carpet Cleaning (which is who has done it in the past) I was surprised to see a face I recognized as David Gentry from when I lived in Burlington. Who I didn't even know was out of jail. He did time for indecent liberties with a minor, kidnapping a minor and sexual battery on a minor. I would think that hills would be careful who they send to do these jobs as I have children and my apartment is right near the city park and community park. I am not sure if my management company knows but I will be telling them. Going into people homes with kids doesn't seem like the best job for David I am all for 2nd chances however this was a little much and hit a little 2 close to home

I have used them in the past on two separate occasions. 2010 and 2012 every time the service has been TRULY fabulous. They maybe under new management. But I hunt them down. I really love everything from the customer service on the line, follow up call to confirm what works for MY schedule. They we're punctual, friendly and very informative on self carpet care. I highly recommend them..

My apartment complex uses this company. They do a great job cleaning carpets. However, they did an HVAC/Freshener service for me today & gave no information as to what they did or when they would be there. I still don’t know what time they entered and left my apartment or how long I needed to be out (I was only told they would be by sometime between 10-4). I stopped by my apartment to check & I had to open my own windows to air it out, there was so much chemical in the air still. My blinds were drenched with whatever chemical they used as well as my tables and bed/pillows. I don’t know what chemical was used but it’s all over my bed where I & my newborn sleep now.

I called on a Thursday inquiring about pricing, was able to schedule for the next day. Beyond pleased with my results. They did amazing.

I have clean carpets and a very upset wife. I was disturbed by a phone call today that I received when my wife let me know that men entered my apartment without knocking or a verbal notification of their entrance. She was in the shower and it is understandable that she may not have heard the knock or the verbal notification. But I live in an apartment that is not big on the third floor. When the men heard the shower they could have backed out of the apartment or let her know that they were there. After the event, I had notified the Hill's Complete Carpet Care management in the afternoon. During our discussion not only was I cut off in talking, they assured me that my wife was in error. I was notified, due to the experience of the men that were doing the job, it could not have happened that way. They clean carpets great, but there professionalism is not existent. David is a good manager as he defended his men during our conversation, but I was not asking that they be punished. Only that they were made aware that if you hear someone in the shower, please leave or contact the leasing office. I thank David for an apology, the thing that his men did not do in this instance. I hope that your experience is much better.

We've learned about Hill's when they cleaned the apartment we rented. Now that we live in a house we have used them 3 times and they do wonderful work each time. They are courteous and diligent. They are in and out in a timely manner. I would recommend them to whomever is looking for their carpets cleaned. Every time they are done we are so happy and wished we had called sooner.

Crew arrived 10 mins ahead of schedule - which was great- but they offered to wait if I was not ready. They cleaned three large rooms, plus a large sectional couch and chair. The carpets - cream in color - were a bit of a mess from two active dogs, but the are back to their actual cream/clean color. The couch looks fantastic and the crew was able to get a little mark/stain out of the chair. Fair price. Good service. Will use again.

Had a really great experience with both the service technicians and the office people. Gardner and his partner were very professional, fast, and the carpet looks great. They got out a spot for me easily and were really nice. Will definitely be using Hill's again.

DO NOT USE HILL'S CARPET CARPET CARE!! Based on favorable reviews here, I called Hill's for service as I was moving out of the house I rented. The service rep was extremely rude. The men who were helping me move out were appalled, and commented that the work was done too quickly to be done right. The real estate agent could not tell that the carpets had been cleaned, told me not to pay Hill's bill, and had the carpets cleaned again. They looked entirely different after they were cleaned properly. The invoice has a place to sign that the work was performed satisfactorily. When I called the business office to reiterate that I was not going to pay for unacceptable service, the business manager was also extremely rude and told me she would "see me in court." She had no interest whatsoever when I said the work was unsatisfactory. I asked to speak to the owner, but he was unavailable due to family illness. Can't believe they would take the time to go to court over a $235 bill, but I will be happy to go if necessary. Fast does not mean good if your carpets are dirty. I have had carpets cleaned for over 30 years, and never experienced anything like this.

Friday my carpet was up for cleaning. I had over $200 in my closet, didn’t think either worker would take it, to the owner of hills understand that you did not steal from me but from the entity I worship. She will see it through that you suffer till she is returned what has been stolen.

Professional and kind staff members. The carpet hasn't been cleaned in a long time, there were old and stubborn stains and they did a great job and made a big difference in how it looks and feels. I will use this company again for future cleaning. Thank you!

My recent carpet cleaning emergency couldn’t have been better! Not only did Hills come the same day I called them, but they returned the very next day no questions asked to retreat a tough stain that resurfaced. My parents were staying at my house from out of town and were home for both cleanings and they can’t stop talking about how polite and professional the team was. They even asked how our sick puppy was doing that created my need for a quick cleaning. Dispatch David was great as well. Always cheery and quick to keep us informed of arrival times. I strongly recommend Hills to everyone.

Hills Carpet Cleaning was awesome!!! From the time I spoke with Sherri until the job was completed everything was very professional and my request were explained in detail.
Justin was very professional, friendly and very respectful.
The job was to power stretch and clean my carpets. Work was completed in s timely manner and looked amazing. Actually looked better than the day it was installed. I didn’t want to walk on it because it looked so new .
