We had just sold our home in Holly Springs and were under contract. On a Friday morning, a pipe under my dishwasher burst, flooding and ruining our kitchen. After turning off the main line and a call to my insurance agent, the guys from Restoration Experts were at my house within an hour to do their job. Patrick and his team worked efficiently to tear up then restore the damage. I will continue to recommend this business to others.

I am a college professor and consultant in the insurance industry. I say that only to let you know that I "know my stuff" when it comes to loss, disaster mitigation, etc. I chose Restoration Experts of NC and they did a great job for me.

My home was water damaged due to a clogged line in my air conditioner in the attic. I was traveling for 3 weeks when it happened and came home to find black mold on the walls of my closet and a ton of wet, dirty clothing.

Restoration Experts had a crew out within 2.5 hours of my requesting one. Their team was polite, professional, and very detail-oriented. They were also very compassionate with me as someone who had just suffered a somewhat severe property loss. They mitigated the damage quickly, and, set up equipment to dry out all my carpets, walls, etc.

I am thrilled with the job that they did, and would use them again anytime.

When I had water damage, I called these folks for help. They arrived promptly, set up to dry, ensured that the drying was complete and left. They were supposed to do the repairs. I waited a couple of weeks and started calling, having to leave a message each time. I called four times and got exactly 0 calls back. If you just want drying, these folks can do the job. But if you also want to repair, look elsewhere.

The crew did a great job for us replacing damaged siding. They were able to locate the original siding manufacturer and get the same color (our house is 17 yrs. old). They were here on time and did everything we contracted for. They were also easy to talk to and work with. I recommend them.

We had a wonderful experience with Restoration Experts of NC. Our laundry room flooded and you would never know it! Floor installation and paint job is flawless. I would absolutely recommend working with them!

We contacted Restoration Experts of NC for a second opinion after experiencing water damage to our home. Unfortunately, we were out of their service area; however, the company went above and beyond by offering to come assess our property, give their opinion on necessary repairs, and assist with better understanding the insurance claim process. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional during their visit. They even called to follow up afterwards to address any additional questions. I used these guys in my home for mitigation purposes following a major water leak. Jake and Hannah were great to work with and their response time was very quick. There crew was very professional. Their crew did damage an item or two during the process but my main motivation for leaving this review was because of this. The owner of the company met with me, addressed my concerns and did the right thing when it came to making things right on the damaged items. Integrity was the word that came to mind and that is invaluable in today’s business environment. I’d recommend these guys to anyone and while I Hope I never have to use them again, they would be my first choice if the situation arises again.

We are in the middle of replacing our kitchen cabinets. While removing our island, the guys accidentally broke both our hot and cold water PVC pipes. Water everywhere. Our plumber recommended Restoration Experts over our concerns for how much water ended up under the hardwood floors. I called at 7pm and spoke to Hannah. To my amazement she came right over. She used a moisture sensing meter and found a few areas of concern. Two days later, she came back and checked again. To our relief, everything was good.

I would not hesitate to use Restoration Experts again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of their service.

My husband and I hired Restoration Experts when one of our bathrooms had water damage due to a leaking toilet. Everyone from Restoration Experts was knowledgeable about how to handle our problem and clean it up. They took the time to explain what happened, how it could be fixed, and how they coordinate with our home insurance company to make the clean up/fix up process easier for us, the home owners. Absolutely Amazing Service from Dale Pope at Restoration Experts. We were doing some renovations and had walls removed. The insulation appeared to have mold. We called them and they literally were able to come out within an hour of calling to do an evaluation. Dale was friendly, on-time and most importantly honest. We did not end up having mold and was a huge relief as this was the kids bedroom. Based on this one experience, we will have them as a go-to for any issues in the future. THANKS SO MUCH DALE AND TO THE RESORATION EXPERTS TEAM!!!

Restoration Experts was great! On Sunday Morning our kitchen ceiling was showing signs of water damage. I responded to their googled listing and was called back Sunday night. Early Monday they arrived to assess the damage and immediately started to remedy and fix it. They had to dry out the bathroom above the kitchen and the space between the bathroom floor and kitchen ceiling. Then they had to replace the ceiling drywall, kill the water stains, and repaint the ceiling and all connecting ceilings. In the process they willing repositioned a light fixture. They finished one day and at the end of that day I could still see water stains, so I contacted them. Early the next morning they arrived and corrected it. During the time they worked on our house, the approximately 10 different men were always punctual, personable, helpful, careful of our belongings and considerate. I rarely rate things at the highest, but they deserved far more than the highest! Tyler Wallace was absolutely the best.

We are so pleased with the work Restoration Experts of NC did on our home. After a wild hailstorm came through we weren't sure what to do. Daniel and his crew (Dale, Frank and others) went above and beyond to repair and improve our home. They were considerate and super kind to my wife and two boys throughout our project. We recently experienced a water break while out of town. When we got home we had found that the water had saturated a large portion of our home. The damage to the sub-flooring was extensive. I contacted Restoration Experts and received an immediate response. Dale came to our home on the weekend to do a primary inspection and get the ball rolling for us. Dale and the rest of the crews began the grueling process of removing the damaged materials so that the drying process could begin. It took several days to complete the demo and drying. The work crews were excellent, working fast and efficiently with attention to details. Jacob was fantastic, he was able to assist us working through our insurance coverage and answering all of our many questions. I would Highly Recommend RESTORATION EXPERTS OF NC. These guys are Awesome.

We had water damage in the kitchen cabinet, kitchen floor and crawl space. Restoration Experts responded quickly and sent professionals to our house. They works closely with the insurance company, which makes things much easier for homeowners. We're very satisfied with Shane (Operations VP), the project manager Andrew and their crews' work. We asked Dale and his team to stop by for a quote on some possible mold in the ceiling. Dale's team arrived promptly for the initial assessment and took their time to thoroughly inspect each potentially moldy area.

Dale concluded that there was no mold present and we were just seeing water spots. Dale advised us that it was not necessary to have any mold remediation work done and the ceiling simply needed an anti-microbial layer of paint.

We are truly appreciative of Dale and his team's expertise. They saved us quite a bit of money by not recommending any unnecessary services.

Dale at Restoration Experts came to my house to check on several areas that I suspected mold and moisture. He was prompt and thorough. After his inspection he gave me ideas on how to divert water away from an area of my crawl space and on how to get rid of some pests in my kitchen. I highly recommend them. I feel much better after his visit.
