Worked with Dan to get a new roof installed on the house in Pittsboro, NC. He uses a no contact method to inspect to roof, which keeps him from having to get on the roof and eliminates the possibility of damage being created from the inspection.

At first the insurance would only approve partial repair, but he worked with the insurance adjuster and got them to approve a full replacement. Once the work started, the crew showed up on time and worked efficiently, ensuring to cause as little disruption as possible, since we work from home. They even made time to clear the driveway when we needed to leave the house.

Work was fast and professional. I believe the roof actually looks better than when the house was built. We also had an issue with our gutters overflowing under heavy rain. We hired them to replace the gutter guards and still had the same issue. Dan came back with one of his crew and constructed a solution that completely solved out problem.

If you hire no one else, Roofs By Design should be your go to company. Extremely highly recommended.

Gutters! I recently contacted Roofs by Design by phone for a gutter situation raining water in all the wrong places from the weekend storm on Jan17 (a holiday). Dan was kind enough to hear my small emergent issue and tell me about the cost and pricing in advance and he saw my pictures of my malfunctioning gutter. Dan was able to quickly check in with his crew and schedule me with Jose’s team. The team arrived on time and gave us quality workmanship. My issue had been nicely resolved and my gutters and guards are clean as well. Shout out to Jose and his crew! My husband was impressed by the quality and time that Jose’s team gave to our job. Luis and Nestor did an excellent job on our roof!! They were flexible with the timing, being on standby to follow the framing for our new dormer. As soon as the framers wrapped up they were ready to go with the roofing. They were prompt and professional, and did a great job with protecting our landscaping and cleaning up afterwards. Gables NC Roofing went above and beyond to deliver our project on time and on budget - with a hurricane bearing down and in spite of delays by the prior contractor. They even followed up after the storm to make sure we were happy with the work. Highly recommend!

Carolina Contractors did a fantastic job. I hired them to extend a wall and put a door frame in for a bonus room that had no door when we bought the house. The whole process was extremely easy and I would 100% hire again for other projects.

From the beginning both Jim and George have been helpful and accommodating in fixing previous issues we had on our sunroom and deck. We were hesitant in working w/ another contractor due to the miscommunication and poor workmanship w/ our previous contractor and they helped put our minds at ease! Outstanding customer service and craftsmanship. George and Jim were great. We are super happy with our deck. It was replanked with trex decking and railings replaced with trex rails. Installed new screening and support posts also added a bar counter on the lower patio. We couldn't be happier. We will definitely use Carolina Contractors again for any future projects.
