We have been customers of Spring-Green for a couple years now and they definitely get the job done. Their service is extremely friendly, professional, and above all else, they are thorough. You can absolutely trust that every square inch of your lawn will be addressed when a treatment is done...even if you aren't at home with a watchful eye. Sadly, many lawn care companies (I can think of two off-hand) arrive, knock on the door to leave the invoice (discover no one is home), do one quick spray with the hose, and hop back into their truck, driving away in under 5 minutes (such a scam). NOT Spring-Green! This is a lawn care company you can trust! They will even come back out (at no additional cost) to respray for weeds if the initial treatment didn't catch some of the more troublesome growth in your yard. They strive for quality and it shows. We highly recommend Spring-Green!!!

Efficient and always a pleasure when serving our house

Spring Green destroyed portions of my lawn, treated my lawn for weeds which I still have and over a year period never resolved my issues. In addition they sent me to a collections agency for $110.12 bill which I disputed due to poor service. They rarely have a customer service agent available and you are forced to leave a message with them via voicemail. There service specialists don't listen and are not customer friendly. My lawn has never looked worse thanks to Spring Green. If you value the look of your lawn find a different service provider.

SpringGreen has serviced my yards at two houses for nearly twenty years. Jim Bernier, the owner, is very hands-on, responsive and honest. Very knowlegeable about all grasses and weeds and diseases. He hires good technicians. He has never let me down. I recommend him and his company SpringGreen often to others.

I used to DIY the yard and, frankly, it wasn't looking so great. Now, Spring Green has been treating it for 2 years and it looks fantastic. My yard has never looked better and is one of the best on the street! They also come on time, no pressure for extra services, etc. I'm extremely happy with Spring Green and highly recommend!

I have been with Spring-Green since last 2 years & they have been phenomenal. They have taken care of my lawn really well & so far there has been no complaints which I can actually log against them. Spring-Green Lawn Care is simply the best. I have been using them for more than 15 years. Their techs are well educated and know how to analyze overall yard health and spot any areas of concern. They are on time, use quality products and respond to any issues ASAP. The owner gets personally involved in any needs outside the program. Strongly recommend their organic program ... yard is greener longer into the hot summer months and I use less water.

They came out to treat for periodic lawn service and they caused burn spots in our lawn due to poor application with the chemicals they used. They didn’t end up giving us any type of refund to help remedy their mistake. They took no ownership. They claimed it was brown patch, but it is not.

O'Yon greeted me while I was messing around in the yard and offered to provide details of today's service. He took care of the service.

Robert was fast and efficient. He was careful not to spray on our newly planted vegetables.

I thought this was a great service after aeration and my yard looked great. I prepaid a year of services to keep my lawn looking nice, yet here I am a year later and my grass looks worse than ever. I am beyond disappointed with how my yard looks after paying for professional services, but that’s only the beginning.

After the services I paid for were over I got renewal letters to prepay or pay as you go per treatment. Knowing that I didn’t want to continue service since I saw more cons than pros, I did NOT renew. Imagine my surprise when I came home to a bill for services that I did not continue to sign up for.

Customer service was less than helpful. They state themselves that we don’t have a contract (exactly, so why come on my property when I’ve made no further agreement?) and that their letter obviously indicate that service continues indefinitely whether you’ve continued or not. I’ve attached a copy of this ‘obvious’ language that apparently should have stood out to me (especially as a customer who prepaid and therefore never had to look at these individual bills in the past)

More than anything I’m embarrassed that I recommended them to so many neighbors who have also had the same issues. You’re better off DIYing your lawn than wasting money here. Ive tried to post a before and after of my lawn so you can see how poor it has become along with a copy of what the bill looks like so you can decide for yourself but it won’t go through so feel free to ask.

Note you can also see my previous review where I WAS satisfied with the service. This changed.

The lawn tech ringed the doorbell to let me know he was there to fertilize my lawn. I look forward to seeing an improvement in my lawn,
