Woke up to heat not working. Called around to several HVAC companies, AirOne was the only one who could fit me in today. Billy was very efficient and showed me what was wrong. He was able to repair and I now have heat.

Heading into late autumn my HVAC units needed routine checking. The techs were on time, professional, knowledgeable and very personable. I love that they took time to explain the service, answer all of my questions and also reminded me to set a recurring reminder to change the filters regularly. The visit was time efficient yet detailed. The Air One team never disappoints!

Emma and I contacted Billy Massey at Air One Cooling & Heating due to a natural gas odor when the heat comes on. George one of Air One's technicians came out and did an evaluation of the Heating system and checked all the natural gas lines for gas leaks, none were found. That gave us peace of mind and we appreciate their great service. Thanks again to Air One cooling & Heating for all there help.

Billie and his team are world class at the finest. Not only are they the constant professional he is an advocate to his customers. He did not try to sale me on additional services but in fact find ways to for our home be efficient and provides options. He was prompt and on time and was clear in communication. This is a fantastic company! I have owned multiple properties over 27 years and have dealt with many contractors, vendors, and handymen. This company is by far the best outfit I have worked with. I had a big job - a new furnace and A/C installed at the same time. The furnace was in the attic in a tight space along with the hot water heater. It was a complicated situation. Misters Omar Morrison, George Mobley, and Billy Massie did an outstanding job! They were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about the HVAC process. I researched my job proposal earlier and this company also had the best price. In short - Great price. Great performance. And done with nice guys who work well together. Well done! Billy is amazing . I have several investment properties and he has serviced said properties for preventative maintenance. He has repaired some older units so I can squeeze a couple more years out of them. And he has replaced dead units for me. He always gets back to me within an hour or less. So responsive. Truly a breath of fresh air (pun intended) in the HVAC service sector . Can’t say enough kind and positive words about my experiences.

Fantastic company and people! Honest and experienced people with integrity. They were a second opinion company and I’m so glad I found them. They were $5500 less on the same name brand with an upgrade of equipment. Dilling was the original company that quoted. Billy and his crew are true gems in the HVAC business. Not only did they come out the same day with an impending storm, but they got me up and running with no loss of heat. Then, they caught a problem with my duct system that Dilling has missed for two years. Excellent expert and timely service. I couldn’t be happier –Don’t hesitate to call them.

We had Billy and his team with Air One install a new air conditioner, furnace, and comfort coil about a year and a half ago, and the entire process was smooth and professional from start to finish. Recently we had an issue with the heat, and they stood behind their work—came out quickly and resolved everything Their honesty, responsiveness, and commitment to taking care of their customers has earned our trust for the long term. Great experience with Air One Heating & Cooling. Billy and crew were very respectful and answered any questions I asked. He was the only company that gave me a written quote with equipment prices and scope of work needed. His prices were much cheaper for the same exact system that other companies wanted to charge me more. That enabled me to get new trunk and vent work replaced and a few other things. The job was well done to my satisfaction. I highly recommend them if you need new system or service. I plan on using them again.
