The service I received was outstanding. I called Air One Cooling today and they were able to fit me in. They were at my house within 2 hours of me calling. The job is now complete and I am patiently waiting for my air to start back working. I highly recommend Air One Cooling & Heating.

Air One is always professional and knowledgeable. They are able to answer all of my questions and provide explanation to questions I don't know to ask. They are always honest about what needs to be fix and I trust their evaluation. I have had other companies provide enormous quotes for something Air One has said was a simple fix. George and his partner were fantastic. I called Air One this morning after having problems with my AC during the night. George was on time and got me back up and running promptly. He also was extremely courteous and took the time to tell me what was wrong and how he corrected the problem. We are back up and running and looking forward to a cool house tonight. It’s hard to find honest, good help these days who are not looking to take advantage of you. These are the guys to call if you have any HVAC needs.

These guys are the best, I was working with a Home Warranty company and a local AC repair vendor that was sent to the home, total scam, I was told that my brand new AC system was dead and I needed a new Compressor, I followed my instinct and sought out a second opinion, only to find out that the issue was just a burned out wire. Please tell me how a tech can miss a burned wire vs a locked out compressor, sound like someone is trying to get a quick payoff. Needless to say Air-one resolved my issue within 10 minutes and did it with honesty and integrity. I love these Guys.. Thank you BILLY

I only put one star so you would read my review….I have been an owner of multiple properties for decades. I have used many HVAC companies, big and small, in the past. Of them all, this company is the best BY FAR. Why? They laid out all options for our latest HVAC system purchases and respected the decision we made. There was no hard or soft sell, no pressure…just the options and answers to all of our questions. Then, once they had our money and installed the units, they did not abandon us! They return every time with the same energy and enthusiasm to maintain the units that they had when they were selling us our units. I had a snake crawl into one of my units and they came out right away to make sure there was no damage, all covered under the maintenance contract. When I call to arrange an appointment for a maintenance visit, they can fit me in within days. This is reassuring because if I am ever in need of emergency service, I am confident they will be there immediately. Their service and professionalism CANNOT be beat. I always try to support American, local, small family owned businesses and this company is just that. Do not let the fact that they are located far away from you discourage from choosing this company. They drive to my homes in Ballantyne and Fort Mill, SC no problem. They have always superceded my every expectation!

The Air One technician arrived on time to work on my HVAC unit which was not heating properly. He gave it a proper inspection and discovered the issue quickly. I have heat back in my unit in minutes!!!

This HVAC company really has it together. Billy Massey took care of an old heating and cooling system that needed to be replaced today. They arrived and went straight to work and had the new system completely installed in less than a day. All work was very neat and professionally installed. I highly recommend them.
