I have been using Travis Heating and Air for several years now, and always had a great experience! Whether it be my elderly AC unit that’s hanging on by a thread or panic about potential mold in my air vents - they’ve always promptly fit me in the schedule and get me back on track. They are honest and reliable and will never try to take advantage of a customer by trying to sell something that isn’t necessary. Definitely give them a call if you want timely, honest and effective work at a fair cost!

Travis came out to our home the day before the big ice storm. He fixed the problem despite the poor installation job done by a different company. He also went above and beyond by addressing an issue with the dehumidifier that was also in the crawl space. He was kind, pleasant, and very professional. We will definitely call him back the next time we need help with our HVAC!

We started smelling gas from our furnace during this last cold front, was recommended to Travis , after talking with a couple reputable companies, we decided to go with Travis, very glad we did! He is very responsive, competitively priced, and his work is excellent! I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is honest and straightforward, exactly what we like.

Our furnace stopped working in the middle of the night when it was 27 degrees. Travis Heating and Air came up repeatedly in our neighborhood’s Facebook group as a recommended HVAC company. Travis was able to come out for new furnace estimate within a couple of hours. He was able to fix the unit vs replacing for a very reasonable price. I had been told repairs would cost 5k and given estimate of 9 -10k to replace just the furnace unit itself by another company earlier in the day. (Yikes). He was able to give me a honest assessment and able to buy us enough time to plan and save for a new furnace/ac system for upstairs to purchase next year. Very grateful. Would highly recommend.

Came same day and technician was honest and their price for the visit and repair was reasonable.

Had a great experience with Air One. Billy was very responsive and was able to squeeze me in for a same day appointment. They even ended up being early! They diagnosed and fixed the problem with my air conditioner quickly and for a reasonable price. Billy and his assistant answered all my questions and educated me on the proper maintenance of my system. I recommend them and will use them again in the future.

A diagnostic was necessary on an older HVAC system & Billy did a thorough examination, discovering a problem with the automatic damper system. Will use for future upgrades. Highly recommend.

Billy and his team did a great job replacing our AC & Furnace. Their communication through the whole process was superb. The installation team was very professional and efficient . Billy answered all our questions during the sales process. I would highly recommend Air One Cooling & Heating. I look forward to working with them in the future.

Their service man Billy was out within 24 hours. He tested our unit and found it was three pounds low on Freon. He cleaned the unit, added the Freon and checked the coil for leaks. Finally, he replaced our three air filters in the ceiling. He went above and beyond our expectations and they will be my first call the next time I need a.c. work.

Very happy to have moved my servicing after they replaced my first floor system. Billy and his team are solid and honest; they are always communicating which as busy as they are they still find a way to keep customers informed.

Update: Fall 2025 service for heating, 3 systems. George and Omar did a great job and did the “bubble” test for any gas leaks. Pros and friendly.

Billy and his team have done an excellent job serving our aging HVAC and eventually replacing it. They gave us options to affordably extended the existing system a few more years . After considering the options we had them replaced. Throughout our interactions with them they have been very responsive and professional. I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

I have been with Air One for almost two years. I had to leave Quality Comfort after being with them for over 20 yrs. Located in S.Charlotte, they pulled out of the Huntersville area. So after a couple
of failed attempts with other providers, I can say I am Vy pleased with Air One.

My tech, Marcus is awesome! Always on time and keeping me apprised of what’s going on and very polite. Scheduling is very easy and fast via text.
