We have been using Air Crafters for two years now. They are always reliable, fair and quick to come out. We have used them for both routine maintenance and repairs. I trust this company and feel lucky to have found them!

I have been using Philip and his team for many years now. Whether it’s for my own home or our investment homes, I know I can trust them to tell it like it is. It’s refreshing to just have regular maintenance checks and a short good-bye, instead of the dreaded conversation detailing all the parts/options I could or should purchase. So when they do diagnose a problem and a repair is needed, I know it’s necessary. Recently, they saved me money by replacing a faulty compressor under warranty. I didn’t have to do anything. They made the call and installed a new one the next week. Just in time for that AC to start getting some action!

Aircrafters and Phillip have always been great. We recently returned from a week long trip and when we got home on Saturday our downstairs unit was out. I called Sunday and Phillip came out within an hour and got us up and running on one of the hottest days of the summer. They have always been very quick to respond and always have fair pricing. We have used Aircrafters since 2008 when we moved to Huntersville. I would highly recommend them and the services they offer.

I have used Air Crafters Heating & Cooling for my heating and cooling before. But, let me tell you this time was different, because my AC went completely out and had to be replaced. I contacted Melissa on a Thursday, they were there the very next days. Phillip checked the AC even tried several things to see if he could get it going. In the end the units had to be replaced. He acted very quickly and within a few days we had cool air flowing throughout our home again.
This company is the real deal, they are professional, dependable, trustworthy, and when they say they will be there; they will be on time may even be early.
Its like you are family and they can feel your frustration when it is 90 to 100 degrees weather. You are treated like you are the only customer they have, knowing there more than just you. But, you will never know it.
Just know this, you are in very good hands with Phillip & Melissa

Air Crafters was highly competent in fixing an issue another company totally failed to address. Brian and Philip stayed until they were confident the issue was resolved. They spoke with me with kindness and respect. Where I spent hours waiting for a technician from the other company to show up, Brian arrived early for the appointment. I will be using this company for all of my HVAC needs in the future, foregoing a seasonal maintenance agreement I had with the other company.

I had the unfortunate experience of returning home Saturday afternoon, 8/18/24, to find that my A/C was not working. Since I had moved to Charlotte within the last year I did not yet have an established HVAC company. I called Air Crafters about 5:30 PM and spoke with a very kind and caring woman who said she would check to see if she could get someone out that evening. As it turned out, she could not, but Phillip showed up the next morning at 9 AM and promptly got my system working for a reasonable price. I am so thankful that they were available to assist me!

Air Crafters truly saved the day for us! On Father's Day, they came out for an emergency fix and arrived right at 9am as promised. They quickly repaired our AC, and the price was very reasonable. Thanks to them, we avoided spending another sleepless night in the unbearable heat. We're extremely thankful for their prompt and professional service. I have to say Melissa and Philip really saved me today!! Within 30 mins of notice they were at my house to diagnose the issue I was having with my AC unit. Cinch Home Services sent them out for our AC unit icing over. The technician, Sebastian, was very friendly and spent a lot of time trying to diagnose the problem.

I could not have asked for a better experience. He listened to my experience, he looked at the system and then gave me options exploring what they mean and lifetime expectancy of each. He didn't try to sell me on everything he can do. He helped me make a choice that worked for us without complicating the decision or trying upsale anything. Sebastian assess issues that would have caused my hearing problems. He change a piggyback capacitor on the motor and cleaned “what call a gas fluid line to igniter. I’m hope this is what was the issue.

I called Travis Heating and Air on a late Friday evening. They promptly returned my call and set up the an appointment for the following morning, on a SATURDAY :) Travis, the owner I assume, called again to make sure I was contacted and confirmed my appointment. The technician, Lance, arrive before the appointment time (bonus!!) and was courteous and fast. I appreciate the prompt service and honesty of the technician. I highly recommend Travis Heating and Air!

This company was able to get a tech out when the company I have a maintenance plan with was backed up from all the rain we had recently had. He diagnosed the issue quickly as being 2lbs low on freon when the unit actually uses puron.

I got in touch with the company I have a maintenance plan with and told them the diagnosis. They said they would have their tech out as soon as we had a good day.

I called Travis Heating and Cooling the next day to see if their was any lowering of the diagnosis cost($89) as their tech was only at my home for a max of about 10 mins. The lady was a little rude and said that was their charge and was unwilling to do anything about it.

Forget about using this company again. The tech was very nice, but their customer service isn't pretty bad, especially in a time like this.

When my ac system was starting to act up I got referred this company and they seemed on paper to be quite a dependable and reliable company. The problems began when they were one hundred percent sure what the problem was with my ac on four separate occasions. Each time it was charged and the problem remained. After the fourth time they pitifully attempted to fix the problem only then did they finally suggest to replace the ac system. After pricing both of the different ac systems for the same price they soon became much more unresponsive and ghosted me worse than my ex girlfriend. The owner Travis claimed to be dependable and the only thing he became dependable at was pretending that he didn’t exist.
