Philip was immediately concerned about our AC not working. He responded within 1 hour and came over and had us up and running within 3 hours of initial contact to his company. Above and beyond all expectations. Would rate more than 5 stars!!!!!👍

I called Air Crafters, spoke with Phillip and described a furnace problem I was having. He very helpfully suggested some things I could try to fix it myself. Although his suggestions proved to be right on the money I was unable to do the repair myself. I called again, Phillip came out 30 minutes later and got my furnace back up and running. Super service and fair pricing. Air Crafters will be the hvac firm I call from now on.

I decided to call Air Crafters for a second quote, Philip came out and looked at what I had and what I needed and sent me a quote for several different set ups for me to decide the level of units I wanted both were very good, not bottom of the line and saved me thousands of dollars. Also the installers were great if I ever have the bad luck of needing my other a/c unit replaced I will be calling them back. THANKS

Met Phillip, he’s professional and knowledgeable. For some reason I can’t get a return phone call from his business or quote on the repair I need done, have left multiple messages and no response! I am a business owner myself and felt good about using aircrafters, but I guess it’s not in the cards for me

Phillip provides outstanding customer service. He answered our call immediately and saved us during the start of the hot summer months. He knew exactly what the problem was and addressed it so that we did not have to suffer without an air conditioner. We will continue to use him for all of our air conditioning needs. HIGHLY recommend Air Crafters Heating & Cooling. We came back from a weekend trip to our home at 90 degrees and the HVAC unit not working. We were extremely concerned about the health of our fish and so we filed a service request with our warranty company. After 2 days of not hearing anything from them, I contacted Air Crafters and was greeted by Melissa who was extremely sympathetic to our situation. She got ahold of Philip who was able to come right out to our home and fixed our unit. Never once did he try to upsell us on anything and made sure we understood that replacing the fans may or may not solve the problem, but needed to be replaced to diagnose any further issues. Thankfully, there weren't any other issues and our home is finally at a comfortable 72 degrees!! I will always go to them for any issues with our AC or heating. Thank you Philip & Melissa!!

We came home from out of town on Labor Day with the AC not working upstairs. I called Tuesday and they came out that day and repaired the unit. Second time we’ve used them and will definitely use them again if/when we have a problem. Courteous, knowledgeable and quick.

I was in a bind this evening after business hours and Phillip came out within 30 minutes and took care of both of my units. Extremely professional, informative and very fairly priced, especially for emergency service. I would recommend Air Crafters to anyone who’s looking to have any HVAC work done. Phillip and Melissa are A+. our commercial warehouse offices were 85 degrees, we were all mad at each other and I knew we had a problem. I called and Philip was there the same day, ordered and installed our compressor the next business day. We are feeling so much better. Saved our team morale and we are all friends again. Phil was timely and thorough when providing us an estimate, which was ultimately lower than several other AC contractors. His team completed the job in less than 2 days within a week from his first visit. He also did a post-install inspection to make sure everything worked properly. Nothing but good things from Air Crafters... I highly recommend!
