It’s mid July. It’s hot. 95+ today. Our AC went out and we have friends coming to stay tomorrow. We called Lauren and Mike came out the same day and got us fixed up the same day. Yes we have been customers for many years and this is exactly why. I know ac people are so busy this time of year and they made it happen. I had a doctors appointment this morning and by coincidence the nurse was complaining and laughing/crying because she had been without ac for 2 days and she found out during my appt he no-showed again. I would have given her A & Gs name but I didn’t know our ac was out yet. thank you A&G.

I had 2 full HVAC systems replaced. Mike and his crew performed this start to completely clean in 6 hours!!! Fast, very professional, their experience shows, and he has a wonderful crew. You can tell by the smiles across the crew they run a top notch company.

From the start they went above and beyond to find us the best quality system in our budget and save us money with rebates and incentives as well. Honestly and integrity is the foundation with everything they do. Excellent price, service and equipment. They have my highest recommendation!

I couldn’t be more impressed with Mike and his crew. This is a family run business and it shows in their work. Not only did they work with us to save every dime possible as we had to change out 2 complete ac units, but they provided top notch service too! So much care was taken to protect my carpet. They were fast, efficient, and very patient setting up our WiFi thermostats. You won’t be disappointed. I really couldn’t be more pleased!!!

I just had a new comfort system installed by a&g comfort. I'm beyond pleased with the workmanship and professionalism his crew. they took time to evaluate the type of system that that would be best for me. I had a high quality system installed by high quality professionals I am very pleased with this company and would highly recommend them!

Once upon a time I had a different company come to look at my gas pack furnace. I was told it would cost over $1K to fix it and I was better off getting a new unit at which point he went into a passionate pitch. I declined and made due for a couple years - consistently receiving a barrage of emails and unsolicited calls from that company.

I was referred to AG Comfort by my plumber thinking that my gas pack actually died for good based on the previous recommendation. They got a technician out the same day, found the faulty part, determined a previous repair tech had wired a part incorrectly and got it back up within 24 hrs. They communicated promptly and professionally. This has been the best customer service I have received from any company since the pandemic. Oh, and they did it all for a fraction of what company #1 quoted me. I will definitely use AG Comfort for all my HVAC needs in the future and be recommending them to all my friends and family. Couldn't be more pleased!

Glad we called this company. They're local and super friendly. Johnny did a great job fixing our system and explaining the issues and options. They even came back and fixed a small mistake another company made last year that sprouted up after their repair was complete. Would absolutely recommend and will call them again in the future.

6 weeks after signing a contract for commercial maintenance service, I received a form letter via email that they would no longer be able to service my business. This happened to occur while we were in the process of having multiple AC units down in 90+ degree heat. A technician had been out to diagnose the problem, but there has been silence from the company for a week since then. We've since had another company come out and fix the problem (same day, no less), but I'd avoid these guys at all costs!
