Just my luck to have a plumbing problem with 10 inches of snow on the ground and terrible road conditions, but Reyes showed up, was very knowledgeable with what he thought would work best for my situation, busted out the snake machine, ripped up my clog, sewer line flowing perfect. I used water mitigation services and toilet replacements on June 11, 2022. I recently purchased the home on May 10, 2022. As of today, no one followed up with regards to the floor in master bath and missing crown molding. I have been in contact with the following Antonio Elam, General Manager Brent Waters, and Gordon Lead Technician via text and calls. Gordon was sent to my residence and assured me he would provide the photos to someone in Human Resources. I also paid for a toilet install ( $400 dollars with rotor rooter) and they decided to tear the tile floor upstairs out and never refunded me. I have made several calls to customer service as well, speaking with Linda and Cynthia. Cynthia giggled when I expressed my frustration with the entire situation. I was call forwarded to General Manager's VM each time and no return calls as of today August 2, 2022. I have provided photos for reference. Do not become a rotor rooter casualty! Google Reviews only lets you leave a 1 star review, when it should be a ZERO! $13,000 dollars later, still no completion.

Van came out on a Sunday to clean the kitchen drain after it was done just 48 hours prior. First technician went 30 ft, but Van went 85 ft, so hopefully this will take care of the block once and for all.

Jeff was very friendly and professional. He was able to provide a solution for my repair in a timely manner by having all the necessary parts in his van.

Called roto-Rooter to confirm the leak was resolved and that there isn’t another source of the leak behind the wall Somewhere. Roto rooter came out to do a diagnostic test, did not give military discount, and charged us $160. The plumber said everything is great but in reality he overtightened the bolt with pliers and broke the toilet line, thereby creating another leak, which became apparent the next day. We called Roto Rooter again to fix it. They said they will
Come between 2-4 pm on Saturday so we had to cut our renaissance festival plans short to meet them at the house. Long story short, they didn’t show up until Sunday morning, completely ruining our weekend plans, and when they finally showed they attempted to charge us $350 to fix a problem THAT THEY THEMSELVES HAVE CREATED and had already charged us $160 for! Broke the line attempted “to help us out.” Not sure I understand how breaking a part, creating the leak, and charging us for it helped us out in any way!!!! Do not recommend and will not use this company ever again! Thankfully my husband is handy and can replace the line himself for $6, which is what the part costs. I will make sure to tell every neighbor and spread the word in our community so no one uses this incompetent company.

Roto as a company, 4. Strictly from a cost standpoint. $150 for a diagnostic is steep. Especially if I’ve decided to have the service completed.

I called roto rooter to help me with a clogged drain. The clogged drain was causing a leak and at first the technician was ready to dig into my foundation to fix what he claimed was a break. I insisted that the issue was a clog because I have had issues in the past before in the same area. Finally he sent another person to help diagnose, Reyes Perez. After speaking with Reyes, he agreed this was a clog and suggested we snake the line. He was really helpful, worked fast, and answered all of my questions thoroughly.

Fast, professional, efficient! Van was friendly and seemed to enjoy the project. He even had one of the replacement parts already in his truck to make things go faster!

Electric hot water heater element died resulting in no hot water. Roto Rooter replied and scheduled a visit the fastest. Came out the same day, within a couple of hours of contact. Fixed during the first visit. Very happy. Would definitely use again. The tech even tested my water quality.

After a stressful night dealing with a kitchen backup, Van was a breath of fresh air. He arrived first thing this morning, diagnosed the buildup immediately, and got to work. He was very respectful of my home and did a great job cleaning up after the repair. Highly recommended!

When our sink got clogged, we called a company that came and tried for over two hours but couldn't fix the problem. The next day, we called Roto-Rooter, and they sent a technician, Jeff, an hour later. Jeff's work was simply outstanding. He took a keen interest in finding the cause of the clog and working to solve it. He then called another technician, Eddie, who brought a camera, which made it easier to see exactly where the clog was. After two hours of hard work, the problem was finally resolved. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter, and especially Jeff, for any plumbing work you may need.
