This is the second time I have called on North Mecklenburg Plumbing and once again I was very happy with their service. They are consistently courteous, knowledgeable and quick in responding to my plumbing problems. They are definitely at the top of my call list for any future needs.

I detected a gas leak in the house and called Piedmont Gas. They sent someone right out. They determined it was a regulator. I called Piedmont to set up an appointment but it would take 6 days because they were so busy. I called Northmeck Plumbing the next morning. I spoke with Vicky and explained the situation. She was very kind and she set the appointment for the same day. Landon and Jeremiah came out. They were on time and were kind, knowledgeable and professional. They corrected the problem in a timely manner.

I am so thankful I found North Meck Plumbing. I had an emergency issue and had another company out who told me that I needed major repairs, quoting me over $8000 (after the initial $800+ emergency fix). I called NM for a second opinion. They fixed this issue in less than an hour for $241. Communication was great throughout and the on site techs were clean, polite and professional. 1000% recommend.
