Stopped in to get info on replacing my electric hot water heater. I wanted to install it myself but had questions about new products. I was invited to go back into their inventory supply area where I was able to get a better understanding of how to do the hook-up. I chose to go here instead of the big box stores because I felt I would get better info coming from the people that work with plumbing professionals everyday. I highly recommend anyone wanting to do their own plumbing work to shop here. Well I hope to finish my install tomorrow.

We recently purchased and new home and decided to renovate before moving in which included (3) full baths and (1) half bath. We visited Hughes looking for a tub but found so much more. We ended up purchasing all the needed fixtures from Hughes. Product knowledge and customer service were both top notch from Allen during process.

TB Builders & Renovations is a contractor serving Mecklenburg County. When our items were delivered, Alex called me that morning to let me know when he would be arriving from Charlotte. To me, knowing roughly when to expect our delivery was important, no guessing. Alex called again when he was an hour out and arrived right on his scheduled time! He was polite, professional, very friendly and seemed to really enjoy his job!

We had North Meck Plumbing come out to do a long overdue water heater flush and the guys were quick and helpful.

Developed 2 stopped up pipes over the weekend (kitchen & bathroom ). Needed the blockage cleared in case it would cause the pipes to burst with the temperature dropping down to the 20s tonight. Appreciate getting an appt set up. The 2 gentlemen promptly cleared the pipes in a minimum amount of time.

We have used NM plumbing for years. Small jobs and large jobs. Their communication and timeliness is untouched. You can’t always get ahold of them and there’s nothing they can’t tackle!
