I called All American Plumbing to explore a leak in our master bathroom. They were quick to schedule a service visit for the next day. When Jacob arrived, he was professional, friendly, and very thorough in answering all my questions. He promptly connected with Jad and the rest of the team to establish a plan to resolve the problem. They guided me thru the process and I feel at ease knowing they will be able to help us remediate the issues, every step of the way.

Finally, an honest plumber! Bill was a complete professional when we spoke on the phone, and when he was in our home. A genuinely honest and humble man.

We'd been quoted a price of nearly $900 by a larger company (Accent Comfort Services) and told they'd have to order parts and remove a significant portion of an internal wall. Bill fixed the problem for less that 1/5 the price with no damage to our wall.

He arrived exactly when he said he would. Gave me a price up front, and had the work done in almost no time. We had a good conversation about the work he did and life in general.

I can't say enough good things about Bill. Highly recommend you call him for your plumbing problems.

I had a minor leak in my master bathroom faucet. The owner, Aaron, came out himself and quickly diagnosed the issue: the faucet needed to be replaced. His service call fee was standard, but what really impressed me was his honesty and integrity. As someone who has worked in the home service industry, I know how easy it is to upsell customers. He didn't do that even though he was well within his rights to do so. We are a moderate income family and the savings on our bill made all the difference this month. He also gave me a free opinion on some non-plumbing repairs, which he didn't have to do, and helped explain how filing a homeowners insurance claim works. He was kind to my kids and didn't rush through our service. Just a terrific experience!

I highly recommend Bill Hodges of All American Plumbing! He was prompt, professional, expert, and honest. Fair prices, too. He took care of all the plumbing issues we had and brought superb value. I will for sure call him again - now I have a plumber!

Water line burst somewhere between the house and the city water cut off/meter. It's one of worst feelings NOT having any water. The lawn took a hit. These guys dug and replaced new line and a home owners cut off valve in front of cities cut off all in the down pouring rain and the sloppy red clay. I brought out some jugs of water so they could rinse mud off their hands so they could handle their tools. I had water by the time they packed up and left. Unbelievable, excellent job!! I will call them for another project when I get financially ready

I had called several companies to see if they would replace a Kitchen faucet with no returned calls. I called All American Plumbing, Josh Tucker was here within 4 hours and the faucet was replaced quickly and without a fuss. I will absolutely use them again!

Bill answered immediately even though it was Sunday afternoon. He was here early Monday to get our water heater replaced for a way more reasonable price than the two other companies that I called. Service was quick and professional. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and even tips to increase life of water heater. All around wonderful service and will be the first call I make whenever I need a plumber in the future.

Jacob Beck, Plumbing Manager, came out to our business to diagnose our recurrent plumbing issues and make a recommendation. He was very professional, gave a thorough explanation of the issues and provided various options for us to resolve the issues. Not only was he polite and efficient, he gave us a most reasonable quote for the work that had to be done. Jacob has now become our go-to for any and all plumbing issues that we may have in the future!

We used them for a whole house renovation where a brand new kitchen was installed. All the appliances rerouted, and both bathrooms were redone. They were punctual polite did the work that they promised at the price they quoted would definitely recommend again.

All American quickly and efficiently repaired our issue. They were friendly to my family- which is always a plus. We had a 9 a.m. appointment scheduled but they finished early at a previous job so they called to ask if they could start early on mine. As a result, we were back in functional mode much earlier as well. Most efficient way of scheduling an appointment in my experience is via telephone.

We are so impressed by the excellent quality workmanship and impressive knowledge of the plumber, Jacob Beck, who came out and worked diligently to discover the source of our problem. He made sure we were informed about each step and it was so comforting to know that he would work with the insurance company on our behalf.

We had an leak off and on in our upstairs shower and had several plumbers look at it over 3 years. I called All American Plumbing and Joshua Tucker came out and after spending about an hour, he diagnosed and fixed the problem. We told him if he fixed it we'd throw him a parade. I waited 2 months to be sure it was indeed fixed - it is. You did what others couldn't - Thank you!!!!!!!!!!

They were able to come out first thing the next morning, quickly diagnose multiple issues and had repairs in place before my morning coffee was gone. Will definitely use them for all of my future plumbing needs.

Responsive. Communicated excellent on everything from when arrive to what they were doing. The folks I had work at the house did an excellent job. Definitely will keep them in my phone for future issues when they arise.
