Dustin came to fix two of my gas leaks! Piedmont turned my gas off and I was without heat for two weeks. When I called him he came the very next morning to fix everything. He actually called the the same day to try and resolve it but I was unavailable! Thank You So Much Eco Home Solutions!

These guys were absolutely amazing. I had a problem with my shut off water valve for my washer and after getting several quotes from competitors $200-400!! And waiting over a week I called them and they were here within an hour, identified and fixed the problem and looked at my upstairs sink for me as well for less than any of the previous quotes. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services and they’re definitely my go to plumbers!! Thank you!

Dustin was assigned to a home warranty claim we submitted and made the process SO easy for us. He was able to make both repairs right away and saved us hundreds compared to a quote we received from another plumber who misdiagnosed the repair. Dustin has done some work for us twice now. Very knowledgeable, gave us preventative tips to use moving forward, shows up on time, doesn't try to upsell, highly recommend.

Update: we ended replacing what was left of our old sewer line. Dustin showed up when they said they would, finished in a timely manner and the price was less than half of the quote we got from the company with the "XYZ told me..." commercials. Hopefully it will be a while before we have to contact Eco Home again but they are our plumbing company of choice for sure.

Eco Home Solutions is an A++ company. It is so refreshing to find someone who truly cares about the quality of work performed. Mr. Freeman was so very professional and polite. He took pride in his work and respected my home. My stopped up drain was a challenge but it is fixed and working at 100% capacity. I highly recommend him. Undoubtedly the best plumbing company in the Charlotte area.

I had a very disappointing experience.They charge twice as much as other companies for similar services, which feels unreasonable. What bothered me most was their deceptive tactic when I tried to get a quote. I texted them with pictures of the issue to get an estimate, and they responded from a different phone number, pretending to be a separate company. They quoted $289, and when I said that was too expensive, they responded back on the original number!

This tactic felt misleading and unprofessional. I do not recommend them based on this experience.

Home warranty scheduled them to fix my leak. Everyone I dealt with here was awesome. From the scheduler to the plumbers. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with this company. Will definitely use again if needed in the future.

Like others here, nothing but good things to say about Eco Home Solutions Corp! I called Dustin inquiring about a quote to replace a 24 year old hot water tank in an attic space. He quickly found a time that worked for us both to come look at the scope of work. After reviewing the job, he promptly got back to me with a detailed electronic quote that we settled on.
