She was communicative, detailed, and professional throughout the process. We will definitely consider Facets for any future needs.

Bill at All American Plumbing came out this week for a leak I had. He answered the phone directly, set up my appt quickly, and came within the hour window he said he would. He found out my leak wasn't much of anything (I need some caulk) and he didn't try to sell me anything. Great service!

All American Plumbing is one of these companies that your parents used to talk about. Great work ethics, honest and has integrety in working on your plumbing needs. I've had Mr. Hodges do work for me for about twenty five years and will not use anyone else. Mr. Hodges is that good of a plumber. Great work, trust worthy and fair pricing.

Spoke with Jad about a drain issue. Kevin came out for the service call and was very professional. Had them give me a quote for full replacement of water lines and drainage lines. The price was right so within 3 days I had all new plumbing in my house. Kevin went out of his way to make sure that the job was done right and that I was completely happy with the finished product. I can't say enough good things about Kevin and All American Plumbing. Will definitely be using them for future projects!

I have used Bill and All American Plumbing for over 10 years. he's worked on an historic house we owned and our new home. Bill is knowledgeable, thorough and dependable. The last trip he made was for a minor issue but he discovered another potential problem from a remodel I had recently done. Instead of taking the opportunity to make money off it he offered more detail on the cause of it and the original contractor ended up coming back and correcting it at no cost. Bill is an honest and trustworthy man and plumber. I highly recommend his services.

We had a number of pin hole leaks over the years in our crawl space. We finally called All American plumbing to get an estimate for re-piping the crawl space. Jacob & Josh came out and looked at everything and gave us a quick estimate to re-pipe, add a line filter, and replace the lines to the first floor fixtures. We proceeded to have them perform the work and Jacob came out on time, was very professional, and finished the re-piping in one day. We would use All American plumbing again for any plumbing needs.

The plumbers came out right away, which was nice. They diagnosed the slow leak I had in a valve, which was unrepairable due to the age. They could have replaced with the same type valve, but suggested a better and longer lasting one. The people were very professional, including the receptionist I spoke with on the phone. I would highly recommend the company.

Bill really helped me out in a bind as I wasn’t sure how to handle my wet floor. He came out and found the issue quickly which saved me hundreds of dollars. He was very quick in service and great on price. Most importantly, it was refreshing to see biblical advice written on his paperwork which was truly a reflection of his work and person.

Jacob came out to give us a quote on adding a spigot in our backyard. He was so knowledgeable and professional, and polite.
